Okay people please don't hate me but...I think Harry is right, that in some level he deserves all that. I mean I know Bellatrix was evil but wrong thing done for the right reason is still the wrong thing....yeah, sure, she deserved to be killed but it wasn't Harry's call to be made. She was a killer but that doesn't justify what Harry did and revenge is definitely not an excuse....
I'm sorry, I love Harry in this story and what he has with Ginny is amazing but I still think that what he did was wrong, he had no right to punish the guilty. Sorry, but morality bites and he just gonna have to deal with it...Ginny too..

And anyway it's like Ron says in DH in love and war everything goes....they were on war, things that happen in war are forgiven!!!! And anyway it's not like he doesn't feel bad about it!!! Come on!!! Angie, honey, aren't you in law school? Exactly what law says that someone gets away with murder just because they feel bad about it? You know I'm right, right? And it didn't happen during a battle, like when Molly killed Bellatrix in the DH. He did it in cold blood and he did it because he wanted revenge...I'm not saying I feel sorry for Bellatrix (God forbid!) but still it was wrong. I really hope Harry won't go to prison but in truth I think he should go or at least receive some kind of a punishment for he actions...I mean it's like I said...Morality bites.

Okay, I know you're right...in some level. But it's not someone...it's Harry!!!!! Come on!!!! He didn't did it in cold blood, she attacked first!!!! And plus sure he did kill her and maybe in some level it was because of revenge but think what terrible things she had done and think about all the good stuff Harry did or everything that he overcame or all the good things he's gonna do if he becomes an auror. I know that what you're saying is right, but hey Voldemort is dead, but the Ministry doesn't seem to care about that, huh? I think they can overlook what Harry did as a bad moment and focus on all the good that he's done for them...!!! Plus, honey, it's a story, I don't think that morality would be hurt if Harry gets away with it, lol!!!!

Chapter Sixty - One (Part Two)
Harry arrived there for the third time and strode towards it,
“I’m here to see Mr Kneeling”
It was Cadence and Liam at the gate this time and it looked like they were too preoccupied with each other to notice him.
“Mr Potter” Cadence smiled, her hand intertwined with Liam’s as they eventually pulled away from each other. Harry wasn’t surprised, being with someone for long periods of time you get to know them well and guard duty at an auror ran prison was one of those times.
“Not very professional is it” he crossed his arms grinning at them,
“Oi” Liam laughed “Just don’t tell the boss we’re getting married or he’ll throw us off the same shifts” he smiled Cadence raising there joined hands to show her ring sparkling on her finger.
“Well congratulations but can you let me in? I’ll keep your secret” he laughed but hoped he had the chance to marry Ginny someday, thinking of the ring he’d left behind.

“Sure” Cadence smiled taking out her wand and tapping on the door, “Mr Potter for Mr Kneeling” she said and the door clicked open and Mr Keeling stepped out “I’ve been expecting you for a few day’s, I thought you would have been here earlier but there is still plenty of time” He said before turning and walking inside sending Harry the message to follow. He gave a brief nod and smile to the happy couple, standing a few feet away from each other now, before he followed him inside and into his office.

“We knew of your illness, how you have been treated and kept out of the eye of the school in the guest quarters. It is out wish as the law enforcement department to help you in anyway we can”
“I want to talk to Draco Malfoy”
“I see” he said and sat down behind his desk gesturing for Harry to sit on one of the two chairs in front the desk. He remained standing and repeated the sentence “I want to see Draco Malfoy”
“That is not an option at this current time”
“I want to see him, turning me away is not an option Mr Keeling”
“Mr Potter, sit down and explain your reasoning for seeing him”
“The only people I’ll explain my actions to are Ginerva Weasley, Hermione Granger and Ronald Weasley”
“I see”
“It’s quite obvious you don’t, I’ll find him myself”

Harry turned to leave but Mr Keeling drew his wand. He felt the air for a fraction of a second. It was as if he could sense what Keeling was doing, hear the wood of the stick, slide against the material of the man’s cloak, and he knew what to do. Harry acted in instinct turning his own wand on the portly man sitting in the chair.
“I wouldn’t do that if I were you, I’m much more skilled then you’d think”
“You are but a boy; I have a life time of experience” said Mr Keeling looked shocked, scared and worried at the same time. There was no way Harry could have known he would take out his wand.
“What of seventeen years of fighting off Voldemort, of teaching others too do the same, from rising from the dead?”
“No – But”
“You can’t compare to me” Harry said with a smile “I’m one of a kind Mr Keeling, the good half of Voldemort. His power, my heart and soul”
“How is that even possible?”
“I have no idea, just believe that it is or you might just find yourself in trouble”
“I – err – I mean – it’s just”
Harry pointed his wand, twitched his arm slightly and the glass paper weight on the desk burst into green flames and moved to float over Mr Keeling’s head.
“Cell number six twenty nine” said the man before ironing out the creases on his forehead with his fingers in vain.
“Thank you for you co operation Mr Keeling, I do hope this hasn’t affected my chances at being an auror”
“If anything I think this may have improved them” he said smiling slightly “Interrogation techniques that work”
Harry turned away and headed down the corridor wand drawn counting numbers as he walked.

Chapter Sixty – Two

Ginny sat on the bed, playing with the ring in between her fingers. She’d left the Hogshead and gone straight back to his room in the guest quarters clutching the ring in silence, she wanted to know why he’d gone, and why he didn’t have the guts to explain to her what he was doing. He’d left her in a mess and now she would have to explain his absence to Willow, Madam Pomfrey, Hermione, Ron and Professor McGonagall.

“He’d be back for it” he’d said for Aberforth to tell her. When he did come back all he was going to get off her was a slap… and maybe a kiss, or a hug or both. She couldn’t stay mad at him, which was her own fault; she loved him too much to stay mad at him. She slid the ring on the only finger it would fit on and lay down on the covers closing her eyes. Maybe if she fell asleep and missed it he’d be back, he’d given her his ring, he’d be gone longer then that, but the trial was tomorrow, he’d be there and she’d see him but he would probably run before she could do anything.

It wasn’t going to work so she sat up and pulled the quilt up around her. Even that smelt like him, like sweet mixed with sour she hung onto it, trying to imagine that he hadn’t gone and then flung it away from her when she got angry with him. She got up and looked at the clock on the wall, she couldn’t work and she needed food, and people. The trial was tomorrow and if she left it would be without him and then people would ask questions. He’d took his cloak, the map and his wand and gone to the prison that was what he was certain of but she didn’t know what he was thinking, what he was doing or planning and it was annoying her immensely. He’d left her in the dark, the one he’d claimed to love so much, and gone to do something on his own after he’d promised they’d get through this together. He was definitely getting a slap when he came back and maybe a hex, and then Ron could punch him for all she cared.

He found the cell and got the guard to open it. He left his wand in his robes as he stepped inside. Draco looked even worse then before, hair longer and unkempt, the making of stubble apparent with the sent of fear hanging in the air.
“Harry” he said looking up, his eyes wide as if he didn’t believe what he was seeing.
“You called me my first name that’s a start”
“I’ve done a lot of thinking” He sat up on the bed and tugged at the chains “Not much else to do in here”
“You’ve changed your tune”
“Like I said, I’ve done a lot of thinking”
“What do you think about me killing your Aunt?”
“Good riddance”
“What if I said that I could get you out of here?”
“How could you do that?”
“If I call you as a witness”
“Me stand up in front of my family, the minister, the Wizengamot and support you?”
“Yeh”
“I couldn’t”
“And you said you’d changed” Harry turned to leave,
“Wait a minute Potter”
He paused mid step his back still to him,
“What if I did, and what if I could get someone else on your side, would you help let her go too?”
“Who is she?”
“Amy O’Malley, she was in the cell next door, we had been talking and well…”
Harry turned back round to face him,
“One of those twins” he kept his face blank “I could see what I could do, but if you testify on my behalf, there’s a good chance they’ll cut you a deal. Hermione’s been looking up all sorts of laws for me, but there’s a way I can negotiate with the law enforcement department to get you free if you help me, and if I’m free”
“I’ll do it, and I’m sure I can persuade Amy” he smiled slightly, a glimmer returning to his features but it was something Harry had never seen in his face, it was pure happiness.
“The trial’s tomorrow morning”
“I am up there with you, you know”
“I plan to speak on your behalf too if you’ll let me, I don’t know what the others will say but… you know” He shrugged, and Draco nodded before talking again,
“Are you still with that Weasley?”
“Her names Ginny, you might want to remember it if you want my help”
“Ginny, so you’re still with her then?”
“Yes”
“So you know what its like then?”
“What?”
“The thought of being taken away from someone you love for a very long time”
“Yes” He sighed and turned his head away from Draco slightly,
“Do you think you could get me into to see her, if we talk I can get her to agree, she’ll have to turn against her twin but they don’t usually get on anyway”
“I’ll go and see Mr Keeling now”
“Thanks Harry”
“Just don’t go back on what we agreed” he reached out a hand to shake Draco’s,
“I won’t, I want out of this place, I want to live”
He shook the hand Harry put out, the chains clinking as he did so and then sat back against the wall on his bed. Harry left the door locked behind him as he made his way back to Mr Keeling’s office.

“Malfoy can help me, but he wants his girlfriend and there freedom”
“I think we can negotiate that, his girlfriend was one of those twins wasn’t it?”
Harry nodded “Amy O’Malley, they will be witnesses for me, they are now former Death eaters and I trust him”
“But not her”
“I haven’t met her properly yet, the last time I did, I was torturing her sister for information”
“Ahh, I see”
“She won’t forgive me but if Draco talks to her, I’m sure she’ll be on our side”
“I’ll arrange it, give me ten minutes”
