Nodding to Mrs. Latorta, Tom cast his mind around to see if any more ideas emerged, in the mean time listening to the conversation going on around him. Less than more? Tom's curiosity shot up and he made a mental note to research more on this Lord Borr personality.
Expensive things? HMM. With a grin, Tom nodded to Gina. "Well, why don't we expand? Embedded sculptures in the wall, some self playing smooth violins, perhaps even a small fountain? The sound of water always help people relax," the Argentinean suggested.

After getting the jist of what was going on, he chipped in. "Maybe we could have a welcome area for visiting dignitaries, y'know, sofas, a few pot plants and some books... maybe a fish tank?"

Then she heard a voice come from the door. She saw Harland in the doorway with his usual mysterious smirk. When he opened his mouth she had to refrain from clapping. Someone else who thought that Borr was not doing something logical and for the benefit of his community. Of course, Harland didn't word it as softly as Sophie would have wished, but it made a point regardless.
She raised her pen to point at Harland in an attempt to show that she agreed with him.

Rebecca looked around the table all the ideas were said she liked a few of them she doubted anybody noticed she was there I have to speak up more she thought to her self ''Personally I think it's just silly but if we are going with any ideas I agree with Mathew music would be nice. I also agree with Samira windows and plants would probably solve the problem'' said Rebecca looking threw the parchment again she really thought it wasn't the sort of things they should be discusing but if the minister of magic wanted them to do it they had to

"If I had known that, I probably would have made more of a point to get down here on time," he said, picking up a cookie and munching on it.

The announcement of a new conference actually pleased Matt, who was buried in correspondence all day long, and therefore needed a break desperately. The man made his way to the conference room only to notice he was a bit early. Nevertheless, Gina was already there. 'Good day.' Matthew greeted her and whoever else was there. 'Is this in any way related to the article on the MLE in today's Daily Prophet?' Matt wondered aloud. Or was it something about the working space yet again?

Taking a deep breath Gavin walked back into the conference room. His eyes fell on a few people in the room as well as his department head, strolling over he sat down in one of the chairs again. He certainly hoped that this meeting would be much more worthwhile then the last. Wow that had been...well quite an interesting one.
"Anything new Ms. Latorta?" he asked folding his hands infront of him before leaning back in his chair.

Harland walked in behind a few people who immediately delved into 'hello's and 'good morning's. Harland, however, was far too interested in what this "top secret meeting" was about to greet people. Of course, something in his smile couldn't quite place him as rude about it either, he was just acting dutifully. So dutifully (AKA in accordance with his job), Harland sat down around the table next to the few people there, most of which he didn't know, and waited.

Sophie had been at home when she had received a post from her boss about an urgent meeting. Today was her day off and she was curious as to why she was needed in the office at this time. But regardless of her curiosity she went and flooed into the Ministry and headed up to the fifth level. Upon entering most of the cubicles were empty so she could only assume that she was needed in the Conference Room.
Sophie walked in and took her usual seat in the Conference Room. Then she looked to her boss and said, "Gina so sorry I'm late."

TOP SECRET MEETING. Awesome. Tom was SO there... As soon as Andy, Cam and Elle stopped crying due to the balloons that James brought exploded. And that, apparently, took a LONG while. Breathlessly, Tom appeared in the doorway of the conference room, hair sticking up everywhere and a wild expressionism in his eyes.
PHEW. He'd made it in time. Calming himself and running a hand through his hair to flatten it, the 28 year old strode into the room and took a seat, nodding to the Department Head. "Sorry for the delay, Mrs. Latorta. I'll make sure it won't happen again," he said, truly sorry for the time it had taken him and already plotting ways to murder his twin without anyone noticing.
Ooh, perhaps the meeting has something to do with the MLE situation. Though he couldn't really see how that affected International Cooperation. . . Oh well, he'll be enlightened soon enough.

Aria flew through the office door and walked to her seat and sat down, huffing and puffing while she did.

RUUUUUUUUUUN. STOP. Play it cool. Yes Charlie just ran, before reaching the corner, stopped then calmly walked around and into the conference room. WAS HE LATE?! "Sorry, but I'm here now" he said, quickly taking a seat and deciding not to mention that he had been delayed because he had found a spider and didn't have any bug spray on his person and had to take a different route that took a bit longer to get to the conference room. Yep. But he was quite interested in what the meeting was actually about, like Top Secret? It was definitely intriguing
