....zzz...
Her eyes snapped open after a few minutes realizing that 1) Dragon Lady would probably give her a detention for sleeping in class and 2) cookie hater would probably seek out her revenge on her innocent sleeping self. Kurumi felt her arm again and was happy to feel her bone was still there. Annnd one was out... "Class, watch Miss Hollingberry's arm please. You will begin to notice it start to plump up... Her face may scrunch up... She's sleeping so she won't feel the pain, but we'll see it on her face. Don't worry... She'll be fine, she'll wake right before class ends." Hecate said. Quote:

Fletcher did not appreciate the laughter. He let Lafay know so by some muttering under his breath and several angsty Looks.
Fletcher put out an arm to steady himself and ended up just using Salander's shoulder as an armrest. Ahh. AHH. Still felt weird. He tried to keep his leg as straight as possible, like it was in an imaginary cast, as he accepted the cup of Salander's potion.
"You'd better have brewed this right," he muttered darkly to his friend. Then Fletcher took a breath and downed the entire potion in one giant gulp. Uhhhhuhuhuhh that did not feel right. Was he allowed to hobble to one of those chaise thingies now? Hecate smirked as she saw Fletcher scowl at her. "I'm sure Master Salander did a terrific job, or I wouldn't allow him to feed you his potion..." She said as she transfigured the table nearest him into a cot. An old muggle army issue cot, with a thin, uncovered mattress and the springs so worn, that it was practically on the floor. "It's clean..." She said to Fletcher. He'd soon get woozy and have to lie down. Quote:

Okay, so Destiny knew what she meant, but..did that mean her thumb was never going to be fixed? She stared wide-eyed at the woman. Why did she need to rest now? Was she going to DIE, and having her lay on the bed would just make it easier for the BONE STEALING Potion's Professor to dispose of her body?
Oh sweet Merlin!
She was feeling light headed. She was dying already, she knew it! She couldn't even look at her thumb. Her poor, boneless, wonky looking thumb.
Slowly backing away from the Professor, she bumped into..whatever that thing was that was now behind her, she laid herself down on it. Crossing her arms in an X over her chest she closed her eyes. "I am dead."
Totally. Hecate turned at the girl and raised an eyebrow... Quote:

..crud. Nevermind. Cookie girl was awake.
Pffft!
What was this!? DESTINY!?
Smirking just the slightest, the Slytherin finished cleaning her things, leaving her potion where it was at of course, before moving over to her friend, GLARING at everyone who even tries to think of getting anywhere near her potion. Especially cookie girl. "Destiny! My Slytherin friend." she said dramatically, falling to her knees and laying her head on the bed as if mourning. "Your death, it will ruin me!"
Bahahaha! "But in the event that you must pass away..." Dun dun dunnnn. "Can I have your school parchment?" She really needed some. She had forgotten just how dramatic Slytherins were... Quote:

She was probably going to use that thumb bone to pick her teeth later at dinner. The thought made her chuckle, but remembering what happened to her, she stopped.
Oh!
And then there was Evelyn. Destiny was going to miss her best friend, and she seemed so upset! Uncrossing one of her arms, she reached out blindly and gave her a pat on the back..or a pat on the face..she couldn't see after all, she was dead. "It'll be okay, I am only dead." she said, and re-crossed her arm across her chest.
Opening one of her eyes as she heard what Evelyn wanted, Destiny scoffed. Parchment!? She was lying there DEAD and Evelyn wanted her PARCHMENT!? "Fine. You can have my parchment, just don't forget to feed Sly and Ruffles."
Then she closed her eye and died..again. She held back her 'Just Die Already...' comment... and now two were out. "Class... Don't forget to watch Miss Shepard as well..." Quote:

Alice grabbed the desk at the front of the classroom to prevent herself from falling over. She chanced a look down and was surprised to see that her entire upper thigh had been flattened like a pancake, giving her leg the appearance of a nail.
It wasn't painful which Alice was thankful for, it was just...awkward. Upon permission to go and take her potion (which Alice really hoped was done properly and would work) Alice made her way towards her desk.
It was a bit of a slow process. She had to bend down and lift her leg from the knee down since the muscles on the top weren't supported enough to do what they were supposed to do...which in this case was flex. It was like taking a muscle relaxant, only a bit more severe.
Alice scooped out a bit of her potion and swallowed it, that god forsaken blueberry taste the first thing she noticed. She plopped a squat down on her stool, suddenly feeling rather tired. The next thing she knew she had her head on the desk and her eyes closed without any intention of opening them. Hecate tried to transfigure a chez under the girl... but thankfully Salander was there. He guided his buddy to one of the chez, being well aware that if he doesnt do so, he might very well end up with a dozing GlitterPuff on his back. Carrying the load doesnt scare him, but the drooling does.
Just as he was walking back to his seat, he passed the young Gryffindor who didnt apparently didnt make it past her desk before the drowsiness took hold. He carried her to one of the vacant chez and set her down on it. Awww she looks adorable he smiled before returning to his seat. "Thank you, Master Salander." She said to the Slytherin. "Now watch as it plumps up..." She added pointing to the child's upper leg. Quote:

Concentrating she tried to focus on the part of her face between her eyes and over her nose, waiting for any feeling, sting, or pain at the regrowing bones. How were you supposed to feel something when there was nothing there at the moment?
It was in the middle of maneuvering her nose to try to keep it up that she suddenly realized that the strangeness in her vision was not because her eyes were slipping centrally without the partitioner nasal bone, although that was probably a part of it, but because she was actually feeling the distant sense of wooziness.
Not used to feeling so out of everything, she blinked a few times. The process slow and laboring as she struggled to keep the hand on her forehead to keep her eyes separate.
Taking a few unsettling steps, she tipped sideways finding herself on something or other that was mildly comfortable. Squirming for a moment to get herself comfortable, she gave in. Gave in to who knew what. This time she got that chez under the girl. "Rest, Miss Erised." She said to her. "Watch her..." she said.
