~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Chapter Fourteen - En Route to Hogwarts!
Three more days passed quickly, amongst Mrs Weasley's adamant cleaning schedule, packing for school and searching for lost pets - Anton's snake had made an escape and frightened the life out of Mrs Weasley when she was cleaning the upstairs bathroom.
Now, they were all sitting at a cafe at King's Cross, waiting for 11 o'clock to come so they could catch the Hogwart's Express.
At the moment, it was about 10:20, and Indie was tucking into a croissant and a hot chocolate along with Bella and Melanie.
Sitting at the table nearby was Harry, Ron and Hermione, and the other table was Anton, Paul, Fred and George.
Right now, the conversations were being called out over the three tables.
"Hey guys, why don't we just push the tables together?" Indie suggested, "then we won't disturb the entire of King's Cross with our wierd conversations."
"Great idea Indie," Bella said, standing up and pulling Harry's table straight in, so that Harry and Indie would be sitting next to each other.
"Thanks, Bella," Indie said, her sarcasm unable to be missed, as Bella returned with a great big cheesy grin. Anton pulled his table in closer, with Paul, Fred and George following.
"That's better," Bella said, nodding in approval at her work before sitting down to eat the rest of her danish.
"So, Indie," Harry began, looking to Indie as she took a rather large and unladylike bite from her croissant, causing him to laugh as he spoke, "you excited to go back to Hogwarts?"
Indie, not bothering to swallow her croissant before she talked, said, "eh, i ood be ood is year."
Harry laughed a little louder this time, as Indie attempted to swallow her croissant.
"Shut up," she said after swallowing, hitting him lightly on the chest, "the croissant is good!"
"I'm sure it is," Harry said, still laughing quietly, "which is why there are still bits of it hanging off the sides of your mouth."
Harry reached up and gently removed the leftover croissant from Indie's mouth, as her cheeks turned a faint shade of red.
"Thanks, but I'm not 5 years old anymore, Harry," she said, wiping her mouth with a napkin, before turning to glare at a giggling Bella. Nobody but her had seemed to notice, aside from Ginny, who was standing with Mrs Weasley, glaring with scarlet cheeks from near the newsagency.
"Obviously you still act like a 5 year old, otherwise you wouldn't have had croissant hanging off your cheek," Harry laughed, as the clock chimed 10:45.
"Alright people, time to get going!" Tonks cried, loud enough for only the Weasleys, the Stewarts, Harry and Hermione to hear.
Mad-Eye stood up and then took charge, leaving Tonks behind in a huff.
"Right, we'll take the Stewarts and Hermione first, then Tonks will follow with Harry and the Weasleys..."
Ginny jumped at the chance, as Indie followed her brothers and sisters and Hermione to the barrier between Platforms 9 and 10, leaving Harry behind with the Weasleys.
As soon as Indie was out of earshot, Ginny walked up to Harry's side.
"Hey Harry!" she exclaimed, a bright smile on her face, "So you excited to be back at Hogwarts?"
Harry felt a little flustered by Ginny suddenly in his face, "Oh, hey Ginny, yeah, I s'pose."
He wasn't particularly in the mood for Ginny at the moment.
She laughed exuberantly and falsely, as she spoke again, "So what crazy thing do you suppose will happen this year?"
"Who knows," Harry said, shrugging unenthusiastically, "something dramatic I suppose."
"Alright, Harry, Weasleys, let's go!" Tonks called, as she led the rest of the magical group to the barrier, and allowing them to pass through onto Platform 9 3/4.
Harry managed to get away from Ginny for the moment, and boarded the train, easily finding Indie, Bella, Anton and Hermione, who had claimed the largest compartment on the train.
"Excellent," Harry said, followed closely by Ron, as they both sat down, and took up their space.
"Here's to another year at Hogwarts!" Indie exclaimed, as the compartment let out a cheer.
The train's whistle blew outside, and before they knew it, they were en route to Hogwarts.
