okay, i know it's been a heck of a long time, but im back with a new chapter!! keep in mind, this is straight off the top of my head, so dont judge me if its bad

Chapter Twelve - An Excellent Year

Melanie's jaw dropped almost to the floor, and Bella looked totally and completely shocked. Indie nodded, her eyes googling now, at the fact she had juicy gossip her sisters didn't know about. But, then again, she always had some gossip they would never know.
"I know right, how great is that?" Indie exclaimed, genuinely excited for both Hermione and her brother, "Now at least miss Mama won't have a hissy fit whenever he brings his girl home."
Melanie scoffed, and rolled her eyes.
"Yeh, but it's Hermione," Melanie insisted, "Queen of Dorkville, population, her!"
Bella gasped, slapping her older sister on the arm.
"Don't be nasty to her, she's nice!" Bella cried, glaring at Melanie.
Indie nodded in a huff of agreement, "Yeh, she helps us not fail our exams, and she is actually not as bad as she used to be."
Melanie rolled her eyes and groaned, crossing her arms and dragging her feet behind her as they continued on toward Florean Fortescue's Ice Cream Parlour.
"C'mon, Mel, give her a chance!" Indie said, "she totally likes him, and..."
Turning to look at Anton, and taking a seat alongside Melanie and Bella at a table, she closed her eyes, and her expression went blank.

Creeping slowly into Anton's mind, she listened closely, staying on the outside of his barriers, so she could listen without being caught.
He was happily talking with Hermione about the new school term (of course...) but not actually about school work, moreso about....the other issue.
Yeh, cos i need to hear more about stupid Mouldy Wart, she thought to herself, before tuning in on Anton.
"You-Know-Who isn't going to try anything this year," Anton said, "he's been out for too long, he needs to plan things."
Hermione sighed, looking at her hands on the table.
"I suppose you're right," she said, "but still, I can't bear to think of what will happen to poor Harry if he tries anything. It could very well break him, after Cedric..."
"Harry will be fine," Anton added, "he's got my sister looking out for him."
And you've got me, Anton thought, as he sighed aloud, and continued talking to Hermione.

With that, Indie slipped back into consciousness and smiled brightly.
"Oh my my my, this is going to be an excellent year!"
