What was it, with the chatter? The class might not have started, but the Professor was in the room. "But thank you Mr Greenwood and Prefect Laksh for your efforts to quiet the others. Two points each to Slytherin and Gryffindor respectively for your efforts." Josephina nodded at each of them in approval of their efforts.
Drawing her wand - because she could - she flicked it at the board and the words "Arithmancy Basics" appeared in neatly lettered handwriting. "For those who I've yet to meet, I'm Professor Hadley and I will be your Arithmancy Professor for the year." She said by way of introduction.
"Before we get into the basic of the calculations, can someone give me an original definition of what Arithmancy is? You all, by now, could probably read sooo I do NOT want a reverberation of the textbook." OOC: Class has officially begun. Anyone who announces their late arrival from this point onward will be subjected to point loss and/or detention about tardiness. Thank you for your cooperation <3
