Hogwarts RPG Name: Ava James First Year | Facinelli<3 RP Sweetheart Tehee, I felt like updating again. Don't hurt me, mmkay? Dumbledore stood up, ready to make an announcement. On any normal time Remus would’ve listened, he found what he said important, and none of his friends listened.
But now, he did not. He was very interested about all the exchanges that were coming, but he was distracted from that at the moment.
Everyone was in the Great Hall. At the Slytherin table he saw Lucius Malfoy, Head Boy, with his usual Slytherins, Regulus Black, Severus Snape and some other male Slytherin’s. Bellatrix and Narcissa Black sat further along and some of them even looked mildly interested.
Then at the Hufflepuff table he saw Ted Tonks, looking at Andromeda Black who sat down the table from Remus.
Even at the Gryffindor table he saw all the members of the Gryffindor quidditch team sitting in various places, Melissa Hayden looked up at him and smiled.
All of the Quidditch team but James. He and Sirius weren’t in the hall at all. This worried him slightly. They seemed so impatient to get to the feast, and Remus was sure that meant, as they weren’t here, they were planning something.
It didn’t seem good.
Remus looked to Peter, but there was no use in talking to him. Wormtail was staring at the golden plates in front of him, as if willing food to appear there.
Moony rolled his eyes, looking up to Dumbledore, he’d try and listen, before whatever was going to happen, happened. He did notice, however, that Professor McGonagall looked at Prongs and Padfoot’s empty seats with a worried frown.
“...Our guests will soon be arriving, and they shall all be sorted into our four houses. As I have mentioned at the start of term feast they will be joining you in all your classes.”
The majority of the people started to get bored now, but Remus carried on listening to Dumbledore.
“Lets make new friends, learn new things, and all have a splendid time.” Dumbledore chuckled, and this seemed to be the cue.
The doors of the Great Hall flung open, and in an orderly fashion, they entered. Remus stared with awe. There were just... So many.
It showed Sirius’ lack of Geography skills, because there just seemed to be people from everywhere. That was not true, of course, but for Remus and everyone else who were so used to just their fellow English, it was quite amazing.
They lined up to be sorted, like the first years did at the start of term feast, but they looked nothing like the nervous first years.
Then it happened. It had to happen.
