Okay here is Chapter Four...

Chapter Four

“ Er.. Okay.” Calypso looked Hermione up and down suspiciously.” Who's Lucius?”


“ My father.” Draco said as he absentmindedly stroked Calypso's hair as she sat in his lap. Calypso turned to looked up at him as if studying him.


“ Why aren't you like him then?” Calypso asked. Hermione looked amused at this question.


“ Because he has a heart.” Hermione couldn't help but say.


“ But.. You can't live with out a heart.” Calypso turned to face Hermione.


“ I meant as in he actually can have feelings and uh.. um. Draco help me out here.” Hermione glared at him.


“ Why, your doing so well on your own.” Draco smirked.


“ Draco doesn't enjoy killing and torturing people, Lucius does, Lucius does have feelings but there only caused by others pain. Draco can love, er.. He can be happy.. He's nicer.” Hermione continued to glare at Draco.” And cuter.” Ginny was the only one that heard what Hermione last said, and did nothing but raise an eyebrow at her.


“ Well.. Nice to know what you think of me.” Draco was nearing laughter, Hermione leaned over and slapped him.


“ Your a bunch of crazy people.” Calypso laughed.” But nice crazy people. Will I still go to Hogwarts?”


“ Of course, unless you don't want to.” Draco answered.


“ I thought I was adopting her.” Hermione eyed Draco.


“ We can both adopt her.” Draco said with out thinking. Ginny and Hermione burst in to laughter.” Okay.. What did I say?”


“ You said we can both adopt her, and people don't do that normally unless their married.” Hermione explained through laughter. Draco went a little red.


“ Normally.. We can be non-normal.” He finally said.


“ Alright, let's head downstairs and see if won-won and lav-lav have left.” Ginny smiled. Hermione nodded in agreement stifling her laughter at what Ginny called her brother and his wife. Calypso watched Ginny curiously as Draco picked her up. The four of them headed downstairs.


“ That's all your fault, not mine Ron.” They heard Harry saying angrily.


“ Little ickle won-wons fault.” Ginny giggled causing both Draco and Hermione to burst in to laughter. The three occupants of the room turned to look at them.


“ What's so funny?” Harry asked.


“ Er.. Nothing, oh Harry there's been a slight change of plans, Hermione and Draco are adopting Calypso.” Ginny said once she stopped laughing.


“ EXCUSE ME WHAT?!” Ron shouted.


“ Er.. I dunno what won-won?” Hermione glared at him.


“ Hermione, drop it, let's go in to the kitchen and relieve Luna from watching James and Albus.” Draco quickly intervened. Hermione threw one last glare at Ron before going in to the kitchens.


“ Oh hello Hermione.. Are you dating Draco now?” Luna asked smiling at each in turn. Hermione choked on the water she had just sipped.


“ No, why do you ask?” Hermione responded once she could breath again.


“ You two would be great for each other.” Luna stated, there was silence after that, filled by Albus and James playing and Calypso running in to Draco repeatedly.


“ Er. Calypso, what are you doing?” Draco looked at the young girl.


“ Trying to knock ya over.” She answered as she ran in to him again. Hermione started to laugh, then Luna joined, then Draco.


“ I almost forgot, Luna this is Calypso, Draco and I are adopting her. Calypso this is Luna.” Hermione said after she could talk.


“ Oh, so your engaged to Draco, not dating him. Congratulations.” Luna smiled.


Unfortunately or fortunately, depends on your outlook of the situation. Ginny, Harry, Ron and Lavender just entered the room.


“ Um.. Draco can I talk with you privately please.” Hermione said weakly.


“ Suuure.” Draco looked at confused but followed her. As he followed her he noticed that Ron was glaring at him, and if looks could kill Draco knew he would be past dead.


“ Okay.. Um. I know you probably don't want to do this, but I reeaaaaally want to get Ron mad.” Hermione said after they entered the living room and shut the door.” And. Uh, I was wondering if you wanted to pretend that what Luna said was true.” Hermione finished looking at her feet. Draco's stomach did a flip. She, Hermione Granger wanted to...


“ Anything to make Weasley mad.” Draco grinned. Hermione beamed up at him and kissed him again, and the occupants of the kitchen had just entered because Ron and Lavender were leaving. Hermione quickly stepped away from Draco, and looked at Ron with a look almost like triumph.


“ Bye, nice talking with you Hermione.” Lavender waved, Hermione stared at her confused. They hadn't talked before this, what was she playing at.


“ Uh bye. Had a great time.” Hermione said. Soon enough Ron and Lavender left then Luna left, not long after that Draco and Hermione excused themselves.


“ You know, sometimes I wonder what happened to our little bookworm prefect.” Ginny said after the last two departed.


“ Ron happened.” Harry muttered through gritted teeth.


“ I meant how she ended up liking Malfoy.” Ginny elbowed Harry.


“ Oh.. No idea, girls are strange.” Harry laughed...
