Chapter Three

“ I talked to to the little girl, she's eleven and a muggleborn. Lucius killed her parents so she's obviously now a orphan. Oh and her name is Calypso McCray.” Ginny said as she sat down next to Harry.


“ I. Hate. Lucius.” Hermione muttered under her breath, Draco was the only one that heard her.


“ I take it she has to go to a orphanage now?” Harry asked.


“ No she doesn't, I'll adopt her.” Hermione sat up straighter as she said this.


“ You'll... Hermione!” Ginny jumped up surprised.


“ What?” Hermione answered.


“ But.. That's nothing to take lightly, oh never mind I forgot who I am talking
to.” Ginny rolled her eyes as she laid back in to the couch.


“ So.. When do we get to kill Lucius?” Harry said.


“ Harry, that's nothing to take lightly either, he's powerful and no one really knows where he is.. People are scared of him, scared that there children will be killed, or they will.” Ginny glared at him.


“ As long as the don't call him he-who-must-not-be-named or you-know-who I'm fine with that.” Harry smirked. Ginny's glare deepened.


“ Er.. Draco you've been rather silent.” Hermione spoke up.


“ Yea you have.” Ginny turned to face him, much to Harry's relief.


“ Oh... Lucius might be at the Malfoy Manor, but I doubt it, he doesn't live there anymore. How's Calypso doing?” Draco looked up surprised.


“ She's doing-” But before Ginny could finish the door bell rang.


“ I'll get it.” Hermione stood up and walked to the door.


“ Hi.. oh.. Hi Hermione.” They heard Ron say. Ginny and Harry exchanged looks of horror. As Draco quickly followed Hermione.” I'm looking for Harry is he ho-” Ron broke off as he saw Draco.


“ Harry, Ron's here for you.” Hermione's pleasant tone was obviously forced. Harry immediately headed towards the door.


“ Hey Ron, Lavender.” Harry smiled warmly at then.” Come on in.”


“ Hi Harry, thanks.” Lavender giggled. Hermione and Ginny glanced at each other and rolled there eyes.


“ So, uh.. Why's Malfoy here?” Ron asked. Hermione did her best to bight her tongue and not retort- Why's Lavender here?-


“ Business, Ginny's a auror and Draco is helping her catch Lucius.” Harry said.


“ Since your here to talk with Harry I think I can excuse myself and the others. Hermione, Draco let's go check on Calypso.” Ginny noticing what Hermione was trying not to say. Ron waited till after they left to speak.


“ Who's Calypso?” He asked.


“ Hermione's daughter.”


“ WHAT!” Lavender and Ron burst out at the same time.


“ Oh sorry, Hermione's adopting her, Lucius killed both Mione's and Calypso's parents.” Harry resisting the urge to laugh at the look on Ron's face.


“ That makes more sense..” Ron said his expression changing from horrified to less horrified.


“ So what did you want to talk to me about?” Harry asked...
