Chapter One part two

A two year old boy sat in the fallen leaves playing with his baby brother.
“ No Al you can't eat the leafs, mummy sad no!” James Potter scolded little Albus.

“ I wanna!” Albus's vocabulary for a one year old was rather large. Though some say he got that from his uncle.

“ MUMMY! AL IS ETTING THE LEAFS!” James shouted, he then turned and saw a medium height woman with long slightly curly brown hair open the white washed wooden gate, she was followed by a tall man with white-blond hair.

“ Hey James.” Hermione smiled at the two year old picked him up and spun him around.

“ Auntie Mione!” James laughed, Hermione put him down right as Ginny came around from the back yard.

“ Oh my, Hermione you scared me.” Ginny said not recognizing Draco at first.

“ Sorry didn't mean to, Draco and I are here to talk with Harry.” Hermione responded indicating Draco briefly with her free arm, one of them Albus Potter was hanging on. Ginny's eyes narrowed a little at the mention of Draco Malfoy then smiled.

“ Alright. HARRY! HERMIONE IS HERE.” Ginny raised her voice for the last part, Harry soon came around from the back yard also.

“ Hermione! You should visit a lot more often.. Draco Malfoy?” Harry finished slightly stunned then put his hand out to Draco.

“ Harry Potter.” Draco answered shaking Harry's hand.

“ Draco and I need to talk to you about Lucius, can we do this inside?” Hermione asked slightly bouncing on her toes with anxiety.

“ Oh sure, come on in.” Harry beckoned them towards the large white house. Draco and Hermione entered after Harry then Ginny followed them carrying James and Albus.” The living room should work,” Harry then showed them in to the large spacious living room which was decorated with numerous paintings and photo's.

“ As you might have heard Lucius has been released from Azkaban, but you may not have noticed that last week two muggles where murdered. At first they where said to have died from natural death, but after being urged by there daughter to double check, they where pronounced to have been killed by Avada Kedavra, Hermione and I have reason to believe that my father murdered them. The two muggles where Richard and Sarah Granger.” Draco explained..

“ Oh my gosh.. I am so sorry Hermione... Lucius will pay for this.” Harry glared at his hands, he of all people knew what it was like to loose parents to a dark wizard, first his real parents, then his god-father, then his secondary god-father and his wife...
