Chapter Three:Fights

Hermione fell against the wall of the astronomy tower crying. She hadn't noticed someone else was there.” What's wrong?” Draco asked sitting down next to her.
” Oh... I didn't noticed you,” Hermione said through her sobs.
” What's wrong 'Mione?” Draco repeated.
” Wease- Ron, he and I got in a fight again.” Hermione said as Draco put a comforting arm around her. He said nothing and just held her.
“ You don't have to be here, don't you have something better to do?” Hermione asked, calming down a little bit. Draco ignored this and continued holding her.

*** Gryffindor Common Room.

“Harry!” Ron said impatiently.
” Huh? Wha?” Harry asked being taken out of his daydreaming.
” Where's Hermione?” Ron asked.
” Said something about a... Your not going to fight again are you?” Harry started to answer but ended suspicious.
” No! I have to apologize about being a git.” Ron said starting to get annoyed.
” Astronomy tower.” Harry said hoping that his two best friends would be friends again.” Just promise me not to fight with her.”
“ I promise! Of course I won't fight with her.” Ron sounded seriously annoyed now.” Thanks for telling me,” He quickly ran out the common room towards the astronomy tower.

*** Astronomy Tower

Ron was running up the stairs two at a time. When he opened the door he saw Hermione and Draco inches away from each other. Hermione looked around at the sound of the door opening.
“ Ron!” She gasped forgetting to be angry with him.
“ What?” He spat furiously, forgetting that he promised Harry not to fight with Hermione.
“ You just surprised me that's all.” Hermione said still staring at him.
“ Oh, I thought it was something else.” Ron snorted.
“ What is wrong with you Ron? First you start snogging Lavender Brown like there's no tomorrow then you start acting rude to Harry, Ginny and I, now this?” Hermione asked starting to get angry again.
“ You never told me that you where dating Malfoy.” Ron's tone was deadly, he glared at her before turning around and leaving. Hermione jumped up and followed him.

*** Gryffindor Common Room (again)

“ WELL YEA YOU COULD HAVE TOLD ME YOUR DATING MALFOY!”
“ I AM NOT DATING MALFOY. WE ARE JUST FRIENDS.”
“ IT SURE DIDN'T LOOK LIKE THAT!”
“ What do you mean?” Hermione asked forgetting to shout.
“ You where about to snog him!” Ron yelled at her before storming off to the boys dormitories. Hermione looked shocked as she collapsed in to her chair.
” Mione, about what Ron last-” Harry began to ask her.
“ I was not about to snog Malfoy, I have no idea what has gotten in to Ron's head, seeing as you two are having strange illusions I am going to bed!” Hermione said standing up and storming in to the girls dormitories.
