“Plotting things already?” Remus asked with a small smile.
“No, certainly not.” I said with a grin. Glancing up at Remus, I saw the shining Prefect badge pinned to his robes. “Prefect, eh?” I smirked, looking at James. “We better be careful, mate, Moony is a prefect now, we better be on our best behaviour.” I spoke with false seriousness.
James laughed. “Yes, we’ll be in big trouble now.”
Remus chuckled lightly, when there was yet another interruption of a good kind. The food trolley had arrived, and I jumped up.
Between James and me, we got much more food than all four of us eat. Even so, it didn’t take long for us to eat nearly all of the sweets.
“Hey, I bet you can’t eat this!” James said, throwing a Bertie Bott’s Every Flavour bean at me. It was murky grey and brown colour.
I threw it in my mouth, and, instantly, my face screwed up. It was more disgusting than anything I could imagine. It was like vomit and... Something I didn’t even want to think about.
After swallowing, with much difficulty, I picked up a chocolate frog, and threw it at James. After which he threw a liquorice wand at me, which missed and hit Remus.
Pretty soon it broke into a food fight between everyone, even Remus. There was stuff everywhere. Literally. The compartment was a mess.
