I mean, I've seen them in the Quibbler a couple of times, but that's more of a game." Rafe shook his head. He felt like that was a stupid question. Just over the years of travelling he had seen runes everywhere, but there was always a witch or wizard that translated it. His question was more a matter of personal curiosity.
"Well, yes, in the wizarding world there are many curses that are written in runes. That's why cursebreakers need to have their Rune Owls." She said, "plus there are many books that are written in rune."

She'd come into class today afraid of Ancient Runes and believing she'd never stand a chance at passing. Now that class was coming to an end, LouAnn felt more confident and knew that she stood as good a change at passing at any other student sitting in here today.
"Good, I'm glad... I think education is very important, no matter what it is." she said.

"All of them, dear... those three I didn't have many answers for them." Alessia said.

"Professor," he asked, raising his hand, "you said you hadn't previously taught them because you don't think they're real runes. What changed your mind about teaching them?"
"Nothing changed my mind on them... I thought it would be interesting to learn about and let you make your own decisions on these new runes." She explained.

She could learn a new language pretty quickly. Smiling widely, she accidentally smacked her hands together in excitement, bouncing in her seat, completely forgetting about the burns and blisters. And...there it was. Her expression falling, mouth hanging open in hurt, slowly peeling her hands away from each other. "Ow."
She smiled at the girl, "Well, you learn something new everyday, don't you."

She smiled brightly, hoping that the Professor knew that the negative things that had gone on were in no way her fault. Someone should come up with a spell to destroy bigoted attitudes. At the last moment she added, “The chocolate cake was wonderful, thank you so much for that.”
"We'll be using all of them. I will tell you which to use and when." She smiled.

Oh dear... he was very confused.
"Heh?"
She smiled at the child and handed him a fork and a slice of sugar free chocolate cake. It wasn't AS good as the other, but it was pretty good.

"Master Newtington, if you haven't realized, you will receive detention." She then looked at Copernicus, "Master Kettleburn, I would like to speak to you in my office, before our next class." She said and then she turned to the class.
"Homework, give a friend a 3 rune spread reading using the Rowling Runes with the
meanings you came up with. It will be due a week from now. Class dismissed."
