Chapter Eleven: Core Companions: Maturity Number

The Maturity Number
The Maturity Number is a companion number to the Core that reveals the true you. It shows how your Soul Number, Destiny Number, and Personality Number work in concert with you Life Path Number to reveal the true essence of who you are.

Finding Your Maturity Number: Add together the energies of all that you are: birth name (Destiny Number) + birth date (Life Path Number).

What Your Maturity Number Reveals About You:

ONE (1): Expect to learn leadership early in life. Your best results will come from starting new things, and your strong opinions and ambition will lead you to positions of authority, although you should be careful to temper your bossy and domineering tendencies. With your good memory and excellent concentration, you're a natural for taking over what needs to be done, and doing it. You can be set in your ways and be a stickler about one thing. You usually have a good deal of discipline and order, and are not necessarily conventional. While you may think that your ways are always the best ways, do not expect for all others to follow suit.

TWO (2): Expect to get others to help you because you'll naturally attract those who will want to support you. You may have difficulty with relationships early in life until you learn that helpfulness is a two-way street - giving and receiving. Your true self is a peacemaker to the core and you will do whatever is needed to ensure harmony in your relationships and surroundings, although you will fight for your peace if you're pushed to far. You are naturally sensitive with artistic ability, which if ignored, may cause you regret as you grow older.

THREE (3): Expect a vibrant imagination and a notable artistic talent to be yours, although this may be repressed early in your life. Your creative ability comes naturally, so the more you use it, the happier you will be. Your true self is both emotionable and expressive, and if you hinder either from flourishing, you may become depressed, bad-tempered, or even childishly insolent. At the same time, you're fun and humorous with a gift words and the quick retort. Most notable is your appetite and enthusiasm for life.

FOUR (4): Expect the desire to make dreams practical, and in your younger years, you'll learn the value of discipline and hard work. As your maturity grows, you'll create opportunities for yourself to contribute to something enduring. You're a natural organizer that is more than able to build, plan, and order things - bringing ideas into form. Your true self is steadfast, honorable, and true, with a talent for organizing. Permanency is fitting word associated with you, as are high standards and expectations, responsibility, and constancy to see things through to the end.

FIVE (5): Expect your life to be exciting and full of changes - because if it's not, you'll see to making a change. Early in your life you may have a tendency to be confused about what direction your life should follow due to your vast interest in and curiosity about any and everything. Your true self is resourceful, independent, with multiple talents and the utmost belief in freedom. You thrive on new things and situations, considering life to be full of opportunities for stimulation and adventure. You are a quick thinker, bold, and likely unconventional.

SIX (6): Expect the welfare of all others to be of utmost importance. You are the giver, the humanitarian, with strong principles about justice, goodness, and family values. You'll be your best when you learn the balance between giving and receiving. Your true self loves things of beauty and the home. You're a nurturer, but you need to be aware of giving too much, as well as of clutching on to your ideals too tightly. Your generosity and helpful nature cause you to never stop giving, no matter how many problems are presented to you.

SEVEN (7): Expect to live your life in your own unique way. Your solitary and analytical nature cause you to be at your best when left to your own devices. Your true self values specialization and solitude, and getting to the truth of a matter is what excites you (although you won't seem excited to others). Wasting time is a waste of time to you, so you won't be caught doing anything frivolous or fun for fun's sake. Seeking the truth in spiritual, scientific, or philosophical matters is what suits you best.

EIGHT (8): Expect reward through accomplishment, because as you reap, so you shall sow. You have the potential for mastery, but you must learn to balance the material and spiritual before you can master anything. You ability to lead others stems from you ability to see the big picture, but you must always work toward a clear purpose to achieve success. Your true self will have to work hard to achieve anything, but this makes you strong. You're efficiency, organization, capability, and strength makes you excellent at directing and organizing. You must be strong to attain balance between the two levels of life represented by the two loops of the 8 - the material world and the spiritual world.

NINE (9): Expect that life won't always be easy - that's because you're learning to give up the physical world for the spiritual one and you'll have to learn to let go of loving people in order to love humanity. At the same time, your talents will come very easily to you and you may mistakenly believe that your gifts are meant to be used to achieve the easy life, when in reality, they're given so you can master this plane and move on. Your true self is both kind-hearted and altruistic, but for you to be at your best, you must practice these qualities on an impersonal level. There are two dangers that come with your talents - using them for personal gain (which can bring destruction to your life) and ignoring your sense of service. Your greatest joy is in true universal love, because with this number of reward, the greatest good will come from the greatest giving.

ELEVEN (11/2): Expect that at an early age, you'll have an unusual amount of self-understanding as well as the ability to see through emotional experiences to the truth within - a wisdom beyond your years. You'll require good diet and plenty of rest with this highly nervous, intense number. You'll also need companionship without sacrificing independence, and you may attain fame somehow. If you're a female, you're likely strikingly beautiful and feminine, while if you're male, you're likely charismatic and refined with exceptionally good manners. These extraordinary qualities may seem too insense to others for everyday life. In that case, you'll return to the 2 and all that number entails.

TWENTY-TWO (22/4): Expect to make things happen. Though you will encounter more obstacles than most, your masterful competency will help you to overcome any barriers. You'll be very successful in life. Your true self is both a leader and a manager. You have an inner stability and power with a firm rooting in universal principles that you draw upon when you happen across a challenge. You're grounded in practicality, competence, and know-how, and so not high-strung, but you'll likely feel you're being tested in life at some points.

THIRTY-THREE (33/6): Expect to benefit from long years of responsibility and service. Your life will likely move to one of affection, joy, and love as your get older. Expect to serve humankind through your highly developed skills of sympathetic understanding and problem solving. Your true self lives from the heart and knows no limits when caring for others. Coupling your nurturing of those around you with your overflowing creativity allows you to be a source of extraordinary healing. You'll face many tests and obstacles unique to the numbers 3 and 6, yet you'll meet the challenge each time. Like other Master Numbers, you'll be drawn to higher principles, spiritual understanding, and universal consciousness.
