"There are some similarities between this spell and Impedimenta, although my spell localizes the charm so it only affects one area of the body. Lentesco, the Gluing spell, acts as a bonding agent on wherever you cast it. If you cast it at their feet, their feet will stick to the floor as if glued there. If you cast it at their hand, they won't be able to let go of their wand, but they also may not be able to lift it from their side if it was touching their body.
