 Run, Emma, Run!
Okay everyone...here it is, The last chapter to I'll Stand By You. I hope you all enjoy and before you all go on to read the last chapter I would like to thank all my active readers. You all stuck with my story and were patient even when it took me forever to post a chapter! Thank you all once again! I love you all!
Chapter 24:

Hermione dropped the tray she was holding. She looked up towards the stage and watched the woman singing and then he appeared out from behind her.
“I can’t believe I’m doing this” Draco thought as he entered the spotlight.
So, if you're mad, get mad
Don't hold it all inside
Come on and talk to me now
Hey, what you got to hide?
I get angry too
Well, I'm a lot like you
When you're standing at the crossroads
and don't know which path to choose

Hermione joined in. She couldn’t believe he was here. He actually came looking for her.
Won't let nobody hurt you

You won't be on your own
I'll stand by you...
There was applause from the crowd. Hermione smiled at Draco and said, “What are you doing here?”
“I came looking for you because I missed you” Draco replied taking Hermione’s hand.
“But how did you know I was here in New York?”
“Oh I have my ways” Draco winked.
That’s when Hermione noticed that the color of Draco’s eyes matched the color of the taxi driver’s eyes.
Hermione smiled and said, “I though I was going to have to live without you”.
“So did I” Draco replied as he led Hermione off the stage. And then he turned to her whispering, “I can’t control myself any longer” and kissed her.
Twenty five years later…
“I do” Hermione said as she looked into Draco’s eyes.
“And do you Draco…” the priest began,
“You don’t even have to ask,” Draco cut in. “because I do... Just like the first time”.
“Well then I now pronounce you husband and wife. You may kiss the bride”.
Draco leaned in and kissed Hermione.
“I love you” Draco whispered.
“So do I. See? I told you renewing our vows would be just as amazing as the first time.”
Draco smiled and looked down for someone was tugging at his pants.
“Daddy can I go to the potty now?” little Jacquelyn asked dancing around.
“Well of course you can, church is now over all that’s left is the party” Draco said lifting Jacquelyn up.
“Yay!” Jacquelyn clapped.
At the party Draco and Hermione barely saw each other due to talking to friends and greeting their guests.
“Yes thank you” Hermione smiled at Ginny as Ginny complimented her.
“Thanks Potter but if you don’t mind…” Draco said pointing to Hermione.
“Oh just get out of here!” Harry laughed.
“Jacquelyn needs to be in bed by nine!” Draco yelled as he ran off towards Hermione.
“Oh well actually…oh my goodness Draco!” Hermione said as she swooped up by Draco.
“Time to go hun sorry!” Draco smiled.
The couple appeared in a suite in Hawaii.
“When did we plan this?” Hermione asked looking out the window towards the ocean.
“I did about a day ago” Draco said. “I thought it would be romantic and nice”.
“What about…”
“Harry and Ginny are taking care of her until we get back” Draco said.
“I love you” Hermione sighed stretching out lying on the bed.
“Same here an you know I actually like the idea of renewing our vows now” Draco said lying next to her.
“And why is that?” Hermione asked.
“Because I get to prove that I Stand By You everyday and I will continue to do so the rest of my life”.
Hermione smiled and kissed Draco.
Troubles can cause couples to tear apart sometimes…but in the end love always reunites them and they always choose to stand by each other, no matter what.
