Finally I can update! =D Yay!

oh, and I sent this into some PMs but not others... so I’ll say here for... whoever reads this and didn't get it in their PM (I remembered it in my second round of sending out mails).
I got a new idea for a F.F – another Veronicas song for a F.F! Total Dramione obviously. If it gets up (I mean if I ever get around to writing it), it’ll be called Mouth Shut.

Chapter 2
In Ginny’s Compartment

Hermione sat in Ginny’s compartment, playing with the kitten Onyx. She listened to the conversations between Ginny, Neville, and occasionally Luna. As she was scratching Onyx’s black furred, silver rooted belly, Ginny turned to her.

“So how was California?” she asked curiously.

“Fun. The best beaches were by my hotel so I spent practically every day tanning or swimming.”

“I heard Harry blew a fuse at you going with your parents for the remaining summer vacation once he found out,” Ginny pushed.

“Yeah, he did. I don’t see why though. I mean, they’re my family after all, I have to see them at least once while I’m on vacation!”

“Are you avoiding him?” Ginny finally asked as Hermione swung the earphone of her iPod in front of the kitten. Onyx batted at it, sending it flying higher.

“Of course not!”

“Hermione!”

“Ok fine, I might just want a little awhile away from him...”

“You were on the other side of the world for a month, how does that not qualify for having ‘a little awhile away from him’?” Ginny pointed out as she rolled her eyes.

“So?”

“So that means you’ve had a month away and now you should just get back to him.”

“He’s been a pain ever since I got on the train! Honestly, first I’m just a tad late, then he gets into my vacation...”

“He just wants to be with you...”

“There’s a different between being with me and telling me what to do! I don’t need another parent for goodness sake, I already have two,” Hermione snapped as she put her headphone back into her pocket and let Onyx curl up on her lap.

Ginny gave Hermione a questioning look.

“I didn’t think he’d be telling me what to do and such. That’s practically the base of our relationship, me putting up with it. I’m starting to grow weary of it. I mean, I figured he just cared enough, but it’s just smothering now!” Hermione nearly exclaimed, causing Neville to recoil slightly.

“What’re you going to do?”

“I’ll just hope it goes away. I don’t want to loose Harry, so I suppose all I can do is put up with it and hope for the best,” Hermione responded with a shrug.

Ginny’s expression was discouraged, but she said no more. Hermione sighed and pulled out her earphones again. Once she put in the white earphones, Hermione pulled out her cased blue iPod. She shuffled the songs and went into her music world, letting the song Everything I’m Not by The Veronicas play.
