Hogwarts RPG Name: Jack Fletcher Fourth Year | Part 3 Dumbledore's Licorice Snaps Chipotle! The next morning Taylor awoke to find she was alone.
Fred must be having breakfast, she thought. She rolled over onto her side and looked at the clock. It read 9:08. She swung her legs out of bed and stood up. She walked over to her dresser and took out a green tank-top then she went over to the closet and took out a white skirt with sequins and designs on the edges. She pulled off her pajama shirt and replaced it with the tank-top. After she had changed her pajama pants into the skirt, she walked into the bathroom that led off of their bedroom. She took a quick shower then walked over to the sink. She pulled her purple toothbrush out of the cabinet next to Fred’s blue one. She put toothpaste across it and began to brush. When she was done she went back in her room and brushed her hair.
When she was done, she left her room and walked down the big staircase overlooking the balcony. She walked into the kitchen where Fred was eating a piece of toast with marmalade. He was looking at a catalog for what looked like every store in Diagon Alley.
Taylor walked behind him and ruffled his orange hair.
“Good Morning,” she said.
“You too,” said Fred, “I’m thinking we should go to Diagon Alley after we pick up Lena and Sam,”
“Really?” Taylor said, “Why do you want to go there?”
“Well,” said Fred swallowing his last bite of toast, “I wanna buy Sam a broom, a really good one. You remember that letter he wrote us at the beginning of the year, ‘Wispen says I can probably make the team next year with a broom and some practice’ he said. I think he needs one.”
Cole Wispen was the Gryffindor team captain.
“Well, I think we’ll have to buy Lena something to,” said Taylor, “We can go take Sam to get his broom, help Lena find something and then stop buy your store. I know the kids will probably want stuff ‘Weasly’s Wizard Wheezes’ they always do. Plus I’ve been wanting to get some stuff in Diagon Alley anyway. I think it’s a great idea.”
“Ok then,” said Fred, “So… did you sleep well last night?”
“Yes,” said Taylor, “a little troubled but better than having the Dragon Pox.”
“At least you slept better than I did.” Fred said, “Listen,” he said, “I’ve made up my mind. I’m not going after Malfoy!”
“Fred,” Said Taylor, “You have to, you’ve already assured me you’ll be alright, and I have hope now. I believe you.”
“It’s not me I’m worried about,” Fred mumbled, “Listen, I had a dream last night. There were all these doors. Three red and a purple. And it seemed the red had bad things and the purple had good. One, a red, had my mum yelling at me and George for turning Ron’s teddy bear into a spider. Another red one had Filch yelling at us. The purple one showed our wedding day. So I figured that screaming I was hearing was coming from the last red door. So I opened it and…” his voice trailed away.
“What?” said Taylor.
“I saw…it was…I saw…you. You were being held over a boiling cauldron with a wand pointed at you. Lena and Sam were tied up. I couldn’t watch it.”
“Fred,” said Taylor giving him a smile, “it was just a dream, you know. I’m okay, nobody’s taking me. Even if they do, I’ll fight.”
“You don’t understand. They were doing because you wouldn’t tell them where I was. I can’t leave or they’ll take you. I have to stay here and if they come looking for me I’ll go. I won’t let them hurt you.”
“Oh,” whispered Taylor, sounding a little scared now, “Well, you have to go after Malfoy or I’ll get hurt anyway. Go, Fred, we’ll be fine, me and Lena and Sam. We’ll be fine!”
“I’ll think about it, but…”
“Fred, you’re going, or there’s no point in me being here anyway.” Taylor said matter-o-factly.
“I guess you’re right,” he said, “but if something happens- I blame you!”
Taylor gave him a smile and walked over to him.
“I know I’m right,” she whispered, and she sat down on the chair next to him at the table.
She leaned towards him and whispered in his ear, “I’ll be fine, and you will, too.”
She took his face in her hands and kissed him. She kissed him for what seemed like an hour, but he never got tired of it. Suddenly, Taylor broke away.
“We have to go get the kids you know.” She said, and Fred nodded. I wish people would read!!!
