something sour.
Brody started laughing instantly. “Happy April Fool’s Day, Uncle Lucas!’’ Lucas sputter and spat his bit out but laughed. “Mustard! Bleh! Is that your first prank, Brody?’’
The boy nodded excitedly. “Well, you’ve got one life to live and you’re on a good path.’’ He was good natured about it. “You have mustard on your chin.’’ Cue an angelic grin.
