What did her sister just call her...?

Those words circled around Colleen's brain as she glared over at her twin sister, Jaime. She was not chicken; she just did not want to get her pretty new dress dirty. Her momma had just bought it for her! She crossed her arms over her chest and simply replied, "I am not a chicken. This dress is too fabulously pretty for me to get paint all over it."

So whatever she was planning to do with that paint can and their older brother's favorite t-shirt would have to be done without her.
