OMG there was Alex, Natalia felt like she could breath a little easier. Now she at least could look at him when talking and focus there. SHe gave him and Maddie waves when they waved. Gosh Maddie was pretty, she was super happy for them! There was Frankie, eeep she glanced back at Hady, maybe she hadn't seen him. Let's get through the concert before any emotions started, Merlin knew she had enough of her own.
Did Lily just yell? Nat couldn't help but laugh and give her a huge smile. She had a great support and she knew this so well. It was an amazing feeling seeing everyone coming and being there to hear them. This was a dream come true all in itself and she tried to hold back the happy tears. Natalia really needed to stop being so emotional all the time. Her eyes moved to Dante and Dot, they both got little waves too. Merlin she was getting nervous. NO NAT NO NERVES!!
She gave the band one last look before moving towards the mic once more. Taking a deep breath she smiled, "Hello... hi" she gave a nervous wave to everyone. "First I'd like to thank you all for coming. I hope you have a great night! This was great for the Headmaster to give his approval for us to have this. Our group formed about a year ago and we are so excited to get to play for you tonight. We come from very different backgrounds and inspirations in music which we have pulled in to our playlist so there is going to be variety. I hope you enjoy." Was that okay? Merlin she hated talking.
Okay, okay it was time to get started.. WOOT! "The first song is Avril Lavigne, one of my personal favorites and the song is Never Growing up.. enjoy." She turned to the band and nodded to count them in. It was time, turning back to the crowd nerves left because singing was what she did. She grabbed the mic, "Singing Radiohead at the top of our lungs....With the boom box blaring as we're falling in love" The music was rocking as usual, the band was always great at this one. She was bouncing to the beat and beaming from ear to ear.
"Call up all our friends, go hard this weekend. For no damn reason, I don't think we'll ever change. Meet you at the spot, half past ten o'clock. We don't ever stop, and we're never gonna change" Gosh she loved this song and she was looking out at the crowd, were they liking it? She didn't have time to think about it, she had lyrics to sing and was having a blast doing it already.
