Just because the boy didn't throw any food didn't mean he was getting away with his participation in the matter. Not if the Baron had any say in it.
Crossing his arms over his bloody chest, the Baron gazed upon the child with the attitude. Oh, she had yet to see what he, a dead man could do to her, but she would find out soon enough. For now though, he believed there was an apology in order.
"Well what are you waiting for girl? I believe your head of house just gave you an order." She needed to apologize to him.
Like this one did.
The Baron did not reply, only looked over at the girl and gave her a nod. Maybe he would talk with her later, but for now, he was still waiting on this other one to apologize.
Cece looked over to see who the Baron was talking about only to find one of her returning students sitting there.
"Thank you Baron." She would deal with Dante in a moment. Right now she had these other two to take care of.
SPOILER!!: Sassy Pants Mason

"What?!" Mason guffawed at the woman, "Detention? For a week?" Her stomach was churning. This was not the way she had wanted to spend her first day. But why was she and Colt the only ones getting punished? The others whom had thrown food were seemingly getting off scot-free.
"But that's so unfair!" She said and wretched her arm from the woman, "Why are we the only ones getting punished?" She scowled up at the Head of House and crossed her arms defiantly.
Mason looked around at the mess they had made. They were going to have to clean ALL of THIS up? She groaned and turned to Colt, "Looks like we won't be getting out of here before Christmas."
She stared at the ghost, "You threaten me, then go and rat us out," she told him with narrowed eyes, "and now you expect an apology? You'll get an apology out of me the day your heart beats again."
"Oh trust me child, this is as fair as it is going to get for you," Healer Murdoch hissed as she snatched the girl's arm back in her hand.
"Try getting away from me like that again and see what happens to you." The girl was lucky the detention was only for one week.
"Why are you the only ones getting punished?" Was this child blind, stupid, or both?
"Because you two are the only ones from this table that were throwing food, that's why!" Or they were the only ones caught at it.
Little brat say what!
"THAT'S ENOUGH OUT OF YOU! ONE MORE WORD FROM YOU AND YOU WILL BE ON THE NEXT TRAIN HOME! DO I MAKE MYSELF CLEAR?" Gripping the girl's arm even tighter, evil could be seen coming from Cece's eyes. She was done with this child and her antics.
"You have just earned yourself TWO weeks of detention AND a loss of 25 house points!" Now the girl had gone and done it. She made the healer so mad she was taking house points away before they had even earned any.

Bloody Tattle Tale was more like it.
"Sorry Healer Murdoch"
And then Dante spoke up.
"Sorry or not Mr. Barrington," she said as she tried to control her voice.
"Because of your actions, two of your new housemates made some very poor decisions." More like downright stupid decisions.
"Because of this, you will be staying behind and helping them clean up this mess at the table." "I really had expected better from you than this." And to think she had considered him as a candidate for prefect. Good thing she decided to go with Hugo instead.
SPOILER!!: Nice try Colt

He shivered and looked up to see the Bloody Baron. All he said was hello and then he got reprimanded just by throwing food? That seemed a bit harsh don't ya think. He rolled his eyes but didn't say anything back. Yeah yeah...he was a bad kid blah blah blah. He shrugged and didn't what else he could do. Who was Professor Murdoch anyways...? Oh right the head of his house. He wasn't a disgrace per say. He was just having fun. That was all.
Now he was scolding his friend? Woah woah easy there. "She was just following my lead..." he said defending his little friend here. But her reaction was priceless. He shut up and tried to hold in his laughter. That was pure gold. She got a high five for that Mason. He reached his hand down under the table and gave her a high five. Then he heard high heels clicking and he knew what was gonna happen. Aaahh this must be Professor Murdoch. Man did she have a presence. No one wanted to cross her and apparently he did.
She was yelling at Mason and now she was yelling at him. He was used to it at Durmstrang but she made his stand there wide eyed. Wait he got detention from throwing food? Come on that is a little harsh. Dante did yell out food fight after all. He was just following protocol. "Professor Murdoch, you should just give me the detention. After all Mason was following my lead. She shouldn't be punished." There he was looking after her.
Now he had to clean up? Eh could be worse. I mean he could be cleaning a toilet for all he cared. "What do I clean this with?" he asked his head of house. He even saw Dante and he shrugged and nodded him an apology. He didn't mean to throw food at him. Well he did but he said, "Sorry mate."
Well now, look at this one here, trying to defend his little friend. Maybe he should be in Hufflepuff. Loyalty and all that jazz.
"Following your lead or not, she is her own person who made her own poor decisions. You do not get to decide who gets punished or not. I get to make that call." She did let go of his arm as he stood there since he didn't act a fool like his little friend was acting.
"As an older student, new to this school or not, I expect you to set GOOD examples for the younger students." He did know what that meant, right?
Still holding onto the girl's arm, Cece looked at her briefly then turned back to the boy.
"You will stay behind and help clean up this table, then tomorrow you will report to detention." It would be up to him if he got just the one week or if he too would be earning himself another week.
She then looked around at the three students.
"I suggest all of you get started on cleaning this table now. Oh, and there will be no magic used either. You will be doing this muggle style." She then let go of the girl's arm.
Well, what are you all waiting on? Get to cleaning.
