"I'm quite splendid Angel dear," Helena answered the lioness that had just tirckled into the classroom. "How about yourself? Ready for class?" Quote:

While he waited, Zeke removed his notebook and text from his bag. Here he was, making an effort. "Very wise course of action Zeke. You've acted like a sensible wizard should when they are faced with darkness." Helena praised. If only his classmates had thought on their feet too. It might have avoided some hitting into chairs or desks. Quote:

She moved around the room and stirred the coal in the other cauldrons until they were all glowing with heat and her stir stick had made her hand awfully hot. It was better than being cold, though, so she had no complaints. Taking her seat again, she used the new light to find her note taking supplies and place them on her desk. ALL READY. "Thank you Norah." Helena said as she watched the girl fix up the cauldrons around the room. Quote:

Just lots of planning going on right about now.'' Yes, this was true. "Looking forward to your lesson.'' Also true. "I see," Helena said with a glance over at Adi. "Planning is usually instrumental if you want to make something a success." Which was why she had been talking to her friends in the castle. Quote:

He moved his way around the room casting, "ventus," as he went.
And aaaah, already loads warmer, thanks.
After circling the room a few times, the Head Boy went back to find his seat... This time wearing a wide grin on his face because it wasn't super freezing cold anymore. Thank Merlin for magic. "Thank you Zander." Helena said as the lion prefect with a few flicks of his wand got the temperature up in the classroom. She knew she always made the temperature drop but not this much.
When the Grey Lady deemed that it was time to start the lesson she cleared her throat to get the student's attention as she floated a little closer to the first row of desks and she let her voice rung out through the room a small smile pursing her lips. "Welcome back everyone! Today's lesson is going to be about ghosts." Adjusting her dress and placing her transparent hands in her lap, Professor Helena continued her pale green eyes flowing over the assembled students. "Before we dig deeper into the subject of ghosts can someone please tell me what the definition of a ghost is in their own words? And also what the difference is between a ghost and a poltergeist." It was prudent to get everyone on the same page from the start. It made the whole lesson easier. OOC: Class has now officially started! You're most welcome to jump into the lesson at anytime, just don't post arriving late. The classroom's lamps are now LIT so everyone can see clearly.
