About Beatrice
Personality: Beatrice is a deep thinker, enjoys contemplating theories, people and her experiences. She is generally a people person, enjoys getting to know others on different levels, and enjoys working in teams both as leader and follower. She is a believer of open discussions and, in the past, has utilised this in her teachings. and hopes to carry this into her new role. Though often a merciful person, she does believe rules are in place for a reason and are to be followed carefully. If people do break rules, she won't hesitate in dealing out appropriate punishment. She loves classical music, and can play the Cello. She often plays classical music on her record player.
Likes: People, conversations, playing and listening to the Cello, baking, animals, teaching, learning, spell casting, spring, snow and rain, Autumn, Quidditch, reading, antiques, Bertie Bott's Every Flavour Beans.

History
Beatrice was born in Inverness, and was homeschooled by her mother and grandmother until, at age 11, she got her letter of acceptance into Hogwarts. She attended the school for seven years, and was placed in Hufflepuff. Here, she excelled in the practices of transfiguration, charms, and potions, though due to her fear of larger and dangerous animals, she didn’t find as much enjoyment in Care of Magical Creatures, and dropped the lesson as soon as she could. Once she had graduated from the school, she was accepted into the Wizarding University of Edinburgh to study her Masters of Transfiguration. Upon completion, with a desire to teach the subject, she went on to study a degree of education.
Upon completing her tertiary studies, she moved to London for a change of scenery, and found jobs in tutoring young witches and wizards in their pre-Hogwarts ages. Upon seeing an advertisement for a Transfiguration post at Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry, Beatrice decided to apply and was delighted when Headmaster Botros offered her a place.
