The students all looked so comfy in their Pj's. Maybe she should have comfy pj day more often. Though they looked comfy she was on her feet walking around the classroom as they started answering her questions. The button she wore spoke out to students as she moved near them. You have fabtastic slippers!

"We'll probably have to take a nap and try to decipher our dreams using happenings or objects in them and this setting...''He gestured to the beds, clouds, stuffed toy and their attire... "Will help us out with that.'' This was just a random guess here. Heh.
She didn't have any surprise when students started guessing correctly. The beds did give it away. Snapping at his great answer, "Yes we will be working with dreams today. Very good." Quote:

As Professor Cassie responded to her greeting, Janelle smiled. "I'm fine professor. I hope you are well today." It seemed that she was. The professor was her usual perky self and that was good. When Janelle realized that they really had to sit/lie on these beds, she awkwardly climbed aboard and tried to make herself comfortable. Just as she did, class was called to order and Professor Cassie began to speak. Janelle tried to follow directions and postition herself for optimal note taking. It was not easy. When the first question was posed, Janelle raised her hand. She already had an idea about what they would be doing today and now was the time to share it.
"Will be be working on dreams today?" Pajamas, beds, clouds. All they were missing was the sheep to count. What else could they possibly be doing today?

Of course, all that talk of dreams could have been true too. He didn't know. There was still a lot that he didn't know. Answers were great, especially when they got creative. There wasn't any time for anything more to be said as she had to take out her parchment and quill to begin her note taking. Silently she listened to what was being said and wrote down everything in her fine small script, pausing occasionally to snap along with everyone else. When the question was asked about beds and such she raised a hand, "Beds and clouds are usually a sense of peacefulness. It makes people sleepy and relaxed...so whatever we're working on today we most likely need to be calm and relaxed for." Yeah she wasn't going to mention dreams and the like. Enough people were probably thinking that already.

"The clouds are really nice aswell.. very pretty." The lioness quickly added, returning her gaze to the enchanted clouds above them once more for a few seconds before returning her attention to the class. She smiled.
That was a nice thought and Cassie made sure to give snaps. "Divination is always easier with a clear mind. So very good." It was a great answer though it wasn't fully true. Quote:

So in order to steer her away from this whole dream thing... "In divination you've gotta have a really clear head and a relaxed state of mind so that you can make your inner eye work," Or something like that... It's why he had trouble with it. 'Cause he could hardly ever get himself to focus. "And there's no place I feel more at ease than when I'm sleeping on my bed... So maybe it's 'cause you want us to stop thinking about all that other stuff and just kinda ease up our minds?" Zander had a different perspective on the question and Cassie gave him snaps, "Nice try, we do need to be relaxed and claer our mind, but that isn't why we are doing this today." She wanted to always be positive and she could see why he thought that. Quote:

The comments from the buttons were making her grin. Did that thing really just tell Marigold that her sneezes were like a chorus of angels? So nice. Yawning slightly she lazily blinked up at Professor Morgan from her place on the cozy bed [b]”you have shiny teeth”[/i] the button chirped out.
Weird. The buttons were weird. She was sure really that they were doing something dream related but the room was so relaxing almost too relaxing. She just grinned over to the people around her. “Professor…I’m sure we’re doing something dream and sleep related? Are we possibly doing something and having people read our future’s by the way that we move and the positions we sleep in?” She asked kindly even though dreams were probably the thing right?

Milo wasn't sure if this was something that was usual for Divination (like to make the aura better for Seeing) or not but he was intrigued. It was definitely panning out to be an odd bit of magical learning so far. Professor Morgan was calling their attention to the fact that they were all in beds instead of desks and that there were clouds all around them. The first year thought for a moment. Well, you usually laid in beds but their were also clouds. These could represent thought-bubbles maybe and they would study dreams, but he wanted to give a different answer because a lot of the others were saying Dream Divination.
Raising his hand, Milo spoke up. "Professor, maybe we are doing some sort of cloud-gazing Divination? You have clouds here and you have to lay on the ground to look at the clouds for a long time or your neck would start to hurt. Did you have beds in here to make us more comfortable?" If so, he was appreciative and with that thought he snuggled into a blanket. Could he have a blanket in all of his classes?
Now this kid had a good idea. Could she do a reading with clouds here? It wasn't naturally made clouds, thought they could just go outside on this nice November day. Milo got snaps for his answer, "I like your answer and maybe int he near future we will talk about that sort of reading, but today we are discussing dream divination." Quote:

Noelle was actually super excited for this class. Her mum had hated it when she was at Hogwarts. She had called it Hogwash. But Noelle thought it was a brilliant tool. Maybe she would be a Seer!! You never knew!
[Before Class Started]
Noelle's eyes brightened as she looked at all the clouds and the beds. What a way to start a class! And they got to wear their PJs? Oh this was easily becoming Noelles favorite class.
Looking for a seat... Er... bed, Noelle and her one pieced pajamas with crowns all over it, found a spot. She had spotted Sabbie. Beaming, she raced over and plopped on the bed beside him. He looked to be looking for someone. Of course, Noelle had her snaps ready to go.
"Hi! Who are you looking for?" Noelle asked but didn't get an answer before the professor was speaking. Her attention immediately turned to her. Did she mention she was excited for this class?
Noelle tilted her head to the side and thought about the question she had asked. "Well it would seem that beds are peaceful and relaxing," Just like your relaxing rules Noelles snap popped up. Whoa. "Anyways, relaxation leads to sleep and sleep leads to dreams? Are we going to be learning about dreams??"
Did she get it right?? She looked back to Sabbie as he snap went off again. Youre the best thing since sliced bread!Heh. This snap thing was pretty cool.

And now class was starting and he had to pay attention. But as soon as the professor moved his button piped up, "Your voice sounds angelic." He quickly moved his hand to cover it, hoping that would quiet the sound. Didn't it know that it couldn't speak during class. It was rude. Oliver, on the other hand, could speak to answer the question since he raised his hand. "Um if we fall asleep in class, it would be more comfortable." Not that he was going to fall asleep in class. Ahem. Giggling over the answer she gave snaps, "We should not be sleeping in class!" Quote:

Her fingers quickly reached the point of feeling like they'd break right in half from all the snapping, so she put her hand in the air. Everybody else had answered with essentially what she'd meant to say, but if she snapped one more time she was DEFINITELY going to need a visit to the hospital wing. How did Professor Cassie do it all the time? "The beds kind of tie into the whole dreams and relaxation thing, like everybody said. If we're trying to tell the future it helps if we can clear our minds by laying down 'n breathing or something like that." She got snaps as well, "Yes they do go into relaxation and clearing minds." Such smart students, all of them were just so smart. She noticed the ones that didn't respond, yes she was keeping an eye on them. "Now most of you got it right correctly. We have this room set up for dream interpretation. Dreams can be a wonderful thing. It helps you escape from reality, bring back your greatest accomplishments, show you your wants and your biggest fears. " Pointing to the clouds as she walked past a few, "Dreams can be light hearted and happy. You can wake wishing you were right back in it."
The room was so pretty, the clouds white and fluffy floating around. She smiled watching for a moment, "Dreams have other things they can be too. They can be darker, scarier. They could be warning you about something or telling you a future. Maybe it's trying to help you solve a problem you have in your life. " She waved her wand as she talked to the class and the clouds changed to a darker grey. "Dreams can be scary they can make us not want to go to bed, but if we know more about these dreams we can rest easier whether we will have a nightmare or a wonderful time asleep."
Moving back to the front of the room with her button still talking to any student she walked past. "Can anyone tell me what they know about Dream Divination? What is it's real name? How do you remember your dreams?"
