“Guess what? Heard some Professors talking. There might be a Yule Ball!” An excited second year exclaimed as she ran into the common room.

Dash rolled his eyes, as Cairán poked his side. “Yule Ball huh? Guess we have to find dates.”

He shrugged, tapping the end of his quill to his mouth as he thought about a way to end the potions essay.

His best mate raised a perfect brow. “Not concerned?”

“Not in the least bit.”

“Care to tell me why?”

“I’m a sexy beast.”

“Real reason though?”
