One Day

As with many things in life, patience and practice were crucial for managing some aspects of her work. And one such aspect that she struggled with, was marking.

Seren watched the grandfather clock tick and tock, tick and tock, before returning her gaze to the rolls of parchment on her desk. It was decided now that she very much disliked reading and marking essays, rather she would be favouring practice and participation in future. For now, she had to survive this feat. Perhaps one day in the near future, one day, she would have time to leave her office again.
