The smile Braith gave the prefect as she entered faltered at her obvious fatigue and distress. Certainly one of the ones affected by this oddity. "Hello Miss Cambridge. I do not.. unless you'd like to stop by my office after class." He had some there, otherwise she might want to stop to see the Healer?

"Hello, Mr. Strand," he replied with a smile. "Doing quite well, thanks. Hope you can say the same."

Braith gave the Slytherin girl a smile and nod as she greeted him. "Hello Miss Channing-Sands."

"Nice to see you, Miss Delaine," Braith greeted the seventh year in return before she went to take her seat.

He hoped they could just smooth through the lesson quick and easy without getting up anymore.
Braith was awfully concerned about this particular Gryffindor as well. Looked like the healer had likely fixed up the boys arm but there didn't appear to be any change in the boy's appearance otherwise. But he still managed a small smile for him as he greeted. "Sup, Mr Maroon."

Hmm. The boy seemed to be affected by the aging phenomena but he still seemed energetic. That was probably a good thing. Maybe. "Hi, Mr. Rehman."

She grunted at the professor by way of greeting and hobbled, admittedly somewhat exaggeratedly, to her seat. When were they going to start learning already?
Braith raised an eyebrow at the young Ravenclaw as she grunted her greeting. Poor child. He hoped she wasn't in too much pain because it sort of appeared that way. Such dedication to come to class in that state and he gave her a nod in greeting as she took her seat.

He watched the young girl walk into the classroom curiously, noting she was affected by the same epidemic that many of the were. But at least she was smiling? And he smiled back at her. "Good day, Miss Wayne."

Squinting his eyes he'd found what he thought was the right seat and took it. Coulson Bradshaw may not have liked finding a little second year in his place.
McCormack gave a light smile and a nod in the direction of Mr. Mordaunt as he entered the classroom. Was that were he had been sitting in class all year? Eh.. he couldn't keep track anyway, that's why he had them all fill out nametags.

Another concerning student. Braith watched her carefully as she painstakingly made her way to her seat and he gave her a return nod in greeting. Was this affliction getting worse? It certainly wasn't getting any better.

Braith couldn't help but to smile a little wider as the cheerful first year entered. "Hello, Miss Abbott." She certainly was in a good mood.

Ah, yes. Braith remembered this student as shy and studious from his former lessons. Unfortunately because of that, he failed to remember his name. No matter as he didn't seem necessary once the boy headed directly to his seat, but McCormack gave him an acknowledging nod before glancing at the door again.

Braith returned the small smile for the Head Girl, though his face was still clouded with concern. "I am doing well, thank you Miss Bishop," he said with a small nod. "I hope you can say the same." Though it didn't really appear that way. Shame.

"Heya, professor!" she said, greeting him with a beaming face. HAI COOL PROF.

She found her seat quickly and sat down. She fiddled a bit with her name tag.
Skipping? Well, that was an interesting change from the shuffling many of the other students did to enter the room. Braith gave the girl a smile as she approached. "Hello, Miss McAlistor."

With eyebrow raised, Braith watched as the young Slytherin slowly made her way into the classroom. Hmm, he hoped she'd be alright long enough to make it through class. She didn't look so good. "Hello, Miss Newell."

McCormack returned the boy's smile but looked on him with concern. He seemed to have much difficulty coming into class like so many of the others. "Hello, Mr. Summers," he said with a nod before the Head Boy went to look for his seat.

And this boy was at least as concerning as his sister if not more so. Braith gave the Slytherin a tight smile as he watched him. "Hello, Mr. Newell."

"Hello, Mr. Atreyu," Braith gave the boy a small smile, watching him for a moment as he eventually made it to his seat. Would they be able to do the activity today? Shouldn't be too strenuous at least.

YES! Still officially Taggart Kildare in this class.
Braith gave Mr. Kildare a small smile and nod in greeting as he made it inside and searched for his desk. At least he didn't appear to be nearly as concerning as many of the others.

"Hello Mr. Barrington." Braith gave the prefect a nod as he made it to his seat, then he checked his watch. Looked like it was time to begin.

"Good morning class," Braith began, raising his voice slightly to catch everyone's attention and make sure to quiet any chatting that might have started since it was now time to begin. "Alright, let's get started today. I'm hoping to have a quick and easy lesson for our last one of the term, maybe get you all out of here early so you can go out and enjoy this nice Spring day." Or, you know, if they were able to. He was still awfully worried about most of them. But at any rate, McCormack thought they'd appreciate being let out early for end of term. "So I think we'll start of with a little discussion, maybe some questions, and hopefully have a fun with a little game at the end." Or at least that's what he planned. They could see how it went. Shouldn't be too difficult though.

"Today's topic of choice," he continued, "Is the Philosopher's Stone. What do you know about it? One fact or thought per student please." And then they could reap a question or two from what they knew. He liked working it this way. Surely, this was something they had some knowledge about? Though they could always look through their book if necessary. Ok, class, go.
