Yeah, Benny supposed his friend had similar instances, what being afflicted same as he. Probably I good thing so he could be understanding in this instance and not hold it against him. The Gryffindor wasn't trying to be a bad friend. Honest. He turned his head and looked over at his friend as Adi questioned him seemingly concerned of his well-being.
"Uh huh...I'm fine," he answered before glancing back up at the sky. "Well as fine as one might expect." Fine didn't exactly cover the troubles the two of them and rest of the aged students were facing. "How's Gus? he asked having noticed the amphibian and not remembering the last time having seen him.
Adi squinted at his friend. Benny said he was okay but he looked mighty tired. Hmm. That would explain why he fell asleep and took so long to get here. It was a good thing he didn't bring that new Frisbee he had gotten. Benny wouldn't have been able to move a muscle! Not that Adi would have been full of energy, anyway.
"Guster is fine. He's hunting flies, I guess,'' the Puffer said with a grin and turned in the direction of his toad. Waaait! Where was Gus?! He was right there a minute ago catching insects! But now he had disappeared. Jumping down from the rock, Adi hurriedly scanned the Lake's vicinity.
"Benny! Do you see Gus?'' No, Adi was not panicking. Not one bit. Okay, maybe he was.
Had Gus gone into the water? Toads could swim so there was no need to worry. But suppose he hadn't gone into the water? What if he just hopped off somewhere and got lost?

Without any further word to Benny, Adi hurriedly hobbled off towards the water, scanning everywhere for his beloved toady.
Such was his hurry that he failed to notice some stones in his path. The result after he stepped on one with his left foot? Adi twisted it terribly causing him to crash to the ground, falling onto the other stones.
"OWWWWWWW!" he cried out as he landed on the ground. It took him a moment to register the searing pain in his left leg. Looking down at it, he realised it was sticking out at an odd angle. WHAT WAS WRONG WITH HIS LEG?!
