| ¼ of the Sisterhood of the Traveling Pls Text Cut: Oichi and Adrienne "I don't know!!" Honestly, he was being mean this lesson, almost as bad as Lafay had been. Adrienne didn't know what she'd done wrong, she'd followed his instructions, and...
Oh. "Ummmm, I may or may not have actually added the pomegranate juice." Whoops. Adrienne bit her lip and looked down sadly at her still blue potion. It was going to be useless now, wasn't it.
Was that an attitude?!
Did she really think she was in such a position to--
Cosgrach looked like he was going to start screaming on top of his lungs, but he swallowed when she remembered her mistake. It wasn't too hard to fix that one. "Add two drops of Invigoration Draught," he said in a smooth voice. Only his flushed face betrayed his anger. Otherwise, he looked calm. "Start counting to seven as soon as the second drop is added and do not waste another moment when the count is up to add the pomegranate juice. One second late for adding that, you'll have start over." He looked at her GRAVELY. Did she understand? Her robes said she was a Ravenclaw, but Cosgrach currently doubted that. "If you've done it correctly, the potion will turn lime green anyway when the pomegranate is added. If not, it will turn red. Then, it is useless."
Let's see if she could save that one. "The draught should be," he said, taking a deep breath. He looked tired. "In a vial, labelled so, in the supplies room from that door," he pointed to the door opening to his supplies room. He wasn't getting it for her, if that had been her expectation. Quote:

Cosgrach setted his jaw straight, but didn't say anything. He wasn't going to waste it on careless students.
OOC: The discussion starts now. Again, it will not affect the class points, so your characters may leave if they don't want to take part. They are also welcome to join it even if they haven't finished brewing. You still have about 10 hours OOC to finish that. ^____^ Quote:

Because people expect girls to look pretty all the time, they feel like they have to, so then they end up spending a lot of time on their appearance. It's usually not because they want to."
She finally took a breath and bit down on her tongue to prevent herself from going on, because she could probably rant for days on the subject if the opportunity presented itself. Quote:

He turned to face the girl and examined her Example A. “That’s actually the thing right there.” He said as he waved his own hand at her face. “You guys know that you have it, but why go overboard?” Yeah, he knows about peer pressure and what not. “I don’t think society is asking for girls to look like clowns.” Why? Because he will never date a girl who looks like one. And the waiting. The excessive WAITING guys have to bear every time. Gaaah. Looked like people were anxious to begin the discussion, and Cosgrach felt like he had given those who wanted to leave enough time to leave anyway. Moving to his desk, he sat down, not looking what was left on it just yet. Instead, he turned to those waiting for it. He was pleased with the faces he saw. He smiled lightly to himself. "So, some of you have already voiced their ideas," he said with this pleeeeaaaased demeanour. They could tell he enjoyed it. "Bart and this gentleman here (Andrew/Mordred) said girls are unnecessarily tiring themselves to be beautiful. Hufflepuff lady over there (Annabeth/Ivana R) said we don't need this potion, but we have an opposition from Ravenclaw (Adrienne/aaetha) because she thinks the society is forcing girls." He paused. Had he forgotten something? Misunderstood their points? They were welcome to correct him. "What do you think? Do we really need such beautifying products? Why do some people still buy them if you think such products are unnecessary, or why would anyone need them if you think they are necessary?"
He was going to wait for them to explain further before explaining his opinion. "Please wait for others to finish talking, raise your hand or stand up and tell us your name before speaking." So that people would see who was speaking, and names were always helpful.
