Cosgrach rolled his eyes.
Hopefully. He was going to keep an eye on her, though, he was, to make sure her potion is correct. From his observations, though, she went all correctly...
Good.

Standing back up he looked at the professor super confused and set his hand down on his workstation bumping something. Looking towards what he bumped the second year felt a bit dumb. "Oh there it is." So now back to work right, he turned and shuffled back to his seat.
...was... Bart okay? Cosgrach watched him with concern on his face. Bart was not okay. He certainly didn't
look okay, with the oldness and whatnot, and his... behaviour...
"...right." He found it. Riiiiight.
Moving on.

Cosgrach tapped his foot impatiently. Well? Was she going to speak? He eyed the cauldron again and sighed.
"Saving that potion is above your level," he said in the end, seeing she refused to speak. Too scared to? It wasn't like he would eat them. See, he even sounded much calmer, because he felt guilty for scaring her. Where would he be if his own professors treated him so?
"You will have extra time," he said to make her feel better, then with a heavy heart, vanished her potion.
Silly students for making him feel guilty for THEIR OWN mistake. Merlin. Was he even alright?!

The potion keeps shaking slightly, but it certainly isn't harmful: the colour looks fine and it isn't enough to draw the Professor's attention...
It's onto poor Benny if the effects aren't the desired ones. Quote:

Cosgrach knew the voice before turning to her, and thanks to the Ravenclaw girl over THERE, he felt too guilty to feel angry properly. So in the end, he just looked agitated as he approached the prefect.
"What--oh, that." He looked at her, not alarmed. She stirred it the other way around, didn't she?
"Can't you think of a way?" No, wait. He was too impatient for it. Without waiting for a reply, he said
"Cast a 'finite' and stir it the correct way with your wand. From outside, I mean. Magically." She wouldn't stick her wand in there, would she?
"Then stir it the correct way with the wooden stirrer again."
