Angelina Johnson walked up to the younger girl, holding her broomstick in one hand. "Hello!" she said. The younger girl blinked. "I'm Angelina."
"I'm Katie," replied the first year, clutching the school's rickety broomstick with a death grip. "Are you trying out for Chaser?" Though only eleven, Katie was confident and outgoing. Angelina nodded, then waved at a friend and left. Tryouts for Chasers finally was called. Shifting from foot to foot, Katie noticed Angelina getting on her broom, and so Katie hopped on hers as well.
