So far this debate was actually going quite well in his mind. Andrew felt confident with answers and was pleased that he hadn't stuttered on any words at all; not that he usually had hesitation....if there was one thing Andrew Rose always had it was complete brashness in his abilities.

Standing up once again, Andrew addressed the crowds, keeping it succinct as possible as he noticed a few snoozers amongst them.

"As a Governor on the Board, I am NOT a staff member. So with regards to that, some things they need to know, but other things it is not our responsibility to keeping Hogwarts Professors 'in the know' about everything happening to Hogwarts. It is our duty to make sure regulations and policies are enforced, yes, but I don't feel it important to make sure we tell the Professors everything." That was the Headmistress' job, to keep them in the know.
