[b]If a personal or professional situation arose at the same time as an equally important situation arose in the school, which would you deem more important to attend to first, and why?
Sherman was still taking his own sweet time mulling things over. Because he COULD. Once he figured he had a pretty decent answer for the second question, he wheeled his way to the center of the stage again. "Personal issues do arise from time to time, and I agree with my fellow candidates when they say that it would depend on the situation. But if I were to be elected to the Board, I understand that I have made the commitment to devote all my time and efforts to supporting it and the school. Because of this, I'd consider the situation in Hogwartsmore important."
Even if the personal issue WAS more important in his mind. But a promise was a promise, right? "It is a Board member's duty to be ready and prepared when Hogwarts is in need, and, if chosen for one of the spots, I would attempt to do this at all times. In my opinion, that includes putting Hogwarts before personal matters."
And then he rolled back to his seat once again. Wheee.
