"I wouldn't necessarily use the word qualified." He began. As he had pointed out before, he was not the smartest in the group. And it would be pointless to argue otherwise. "But I feel I would be a greater asset because of my background. I come from a completely muggle upbringing, so I can relate to those that come from similar backgrounds and need just a little help adjusting. Nearly all of my friends, however, were the complete opposite. They just knew magic and nothing of the muggle world. I feel practical knowledge is the most important tool when making decisions that influence such an important age."
Since Hogwarts was the time when people really figured out what they wanted and who they were. And he just... wanted to be a part of it.
"And I think being able to relate to the students on that level is my strongest point. Also, I feel like, because of my age, I'm more approachable by current students. I think it's important that they have someone to voice their concerns to."
