7. Care of Magical Creatures.
“You think he’ll notice.” Alexa’s friend whispered to her as they watched the CoMC Professor petting their next lesson, the hippogriff. They had snuck out of the cabin the night before and taken him for a ride; he didn’t seem to mind.

Alexa shrugged, looking over at the creature. “You think he’ll tell?”

Her friend looked over at her. “I don’t think it speaks human Lex.”

“Yeah but I’m positive the Professor speaks every language known to beast.”

Just then the Professor turned to the class. “Who rode hector last night?”

“I told you the thing would rat us out.”
