Susan walked into the room and found that her princess was now awake. Blinking slowly, Alexa watched her mother enter the room. It put a smile on her little face.
“Rise and shine my darling.” Her mother said with a warm smile as she stroked her hair. Lex smiled in contentment.
“What’s for breakfast?”
Her mother’s eyes widened playfully. “Hmm, I was feeling in the mood for a six year old girl; what do you think?”
Alexa giggled. “No, silly, you can’t eat me or you’ll miss me and be all sad.”
