He's like the perfect person for the job ever. And if Erin wouldn't be the Minister of Magic someday, he was the perfect fit for the job. Erin could be the Headmistress too when she grows up. Tate was a person anyone could look up to and acquire good things. Headmaster Tate was one of the many people Erin liked.
