Big Ball of Clouds

His eyes were staring into the glass ball, glancing over at his partner Jacob he shook his head “Anything?” he asked, his eyes were going cross-eyed just trying to see something within the cloudy glass ball. He heard the five minute call from the professor, he had to see something, anything! “Jacob tell me what is it I’m supposed to see?” Hearing his chuckle, JD sighed staring again into the ball.
It was hopeless, he was as bad at seeing things in the ball as he was at reading his tea leaves or even the someone’s palm. He’d failed again…
