Where can I find my member number?
You can find your member number by clicking on your username to view your profile, and then by looking at the number at the end of the link. For example, mine would be 77923.

What year are we supposed to be in?
It's currently the year of 2084-85.

Do I have to do the homework and attend classes?
No, it is not mandatory. However, if you want to earn house points for Hufflepuff and help Hufflepuff have a chance at the elusive House Cup, completing homework and participating in the classes is the best way to do it! Check out the notice board and Herald for lists of currently active lessons and assignments!

What does OOC mean?
OOC means ''Out Of Character'', while IC means ''In Character''.

How can I get involved in the school story? I feel so out of everything.
There are so many ways to get your character involved in the RPG! The best ways are having them join the Quidditch team, participate in the classes or Gobstones, and meet other students! Also, if you're confused about what's going on in the school's plot line, take a look at the What in Merlin's Beard thread; it should help answer a lot of your questions.

Hufflepuff is not in first place. How can I help earn points for Hufflepuff?
House points are given to characters that attend classes, complete their homework, and/or do good deeds around the school. The best way to earn points for Hufflepuff is to attend houses and complete the assigned homeworks. You can check which classes are in session and what homeworks are due on the Badger Notice Board or the Hufflepuff Herald.

I'm new to the Role Play! How do I get started?
Well then, you've been sorted into an awesome house, as Hufflepuff house is known for having the FRIENDLIEST kids around! There's always people willing to help new members find their way around the site. If you need someone to RP with, then why not send someone a VM or PM and ask them? Or if you're feeling outspoken, just jump right in!!

Is there a Head Boy and Girl? Are there Prefects?
Indeed there is! Mister Jun Kim (Star-Lord) of Ravenclaw and Miss Alexa Cambridge (DaniDiNardo) of Gryffindor who can be identified by a Head Boy and Girl Tag, respectively, under their usernames. The other House Prefects are designated by a Prefect badge under their usernames.
