| Pygmy Puff post #5 Shoe!Girl │ Rebel Ravie │ Confundus Queen │ RP Addict It was nearing the end of the week, and Stella was getting more attached to Nuage as the days passed. Part of her was hoping it went the other way around, as well, since she still wondered if she could convince Professor Williamson to let he rkeep the little puff after the assignment was ov er with. Or maybe after the term, since she didn't want to begrudge Nuage a chance to spend time with all her friends in the Sanctuary, either. Just bec ause the puff seemed content with her, once again perched on her shoulder, didn't mean she might not be missing all the other puffs. That was the one thing Stella couldn't manage, although she knew that everyone who had been at the lesson had pygmy puffs at the moment as well. She hadn't found any of them with their puffs over the week.
But for now she was just going to spend time with her own puff, and she'd stopped on the way out to the grounds to glance at the hourglasses. "We're the blue," she said quietly, not really expecting the creature to understand her but assuming she liked the sound of her voice as Nuage kept humming. "We're not quite in the lead yet, but there's still time," she added, reaching her hand up to stroke her puff's fur kind of awkwardly. It was hard when she didn't feel like moving the creature from her shoulder, but she knew the puff liked the attention either way. Not to mention, the humming changed in tone, almost like Nuage was reassuring her that she was right. That Ravenclaw still could manage to take over the lead by the end of term. I'm not going to argue with my pygmy puff, she thought amusedly. "Outside, or are you hungry?," she asked, glancing toward the Great Hall, then the doors leading outside. The humming seemed stronger when she'd suggested outside, so she turned in that direction. A walk it was.
