Sierra hated doing homework, yet here she was, completing yet another assignment. The things she did all for the sake of house points. This whole flower vase thing better be worth it. She rolled her eyes as she trudged up the stairs and into the common room. Peering around the room, she saw that at least one other Slytherin was doing the same assignment. Good. At least she wasn't the only one suffering through an agonizing homework assignment.

Placing her first thimble on a lamp stand, she decided to get right down to business. There was no sense in dragging this out any longer. She pointed her wand downwards, vertical, and right near the thimble. Remembering that intent was also important, she focused for a moment on a pretty, green vase. It was wide at the bottom and more narrow on the top. Then she moved her wand in three clockwise circles, drawing the wand away from the thimble each time she completed a circle. "Floreneo!" she said.

Grinning, she saw that the same green vase she'd pictured was now in front of her. With only a second's hesitation, she cast "Aguamenti!" When the vase had enough water, she ended the charm then put away her wand. Rummaging through a bag she'd brought along, Sierra pulled out a selection of flowers from the gardens. She took some time to carefully arrange them, making sure the bouquet looked full and didn't have any holes. Finally, she was satisfied with it. She scooped it up, grabbed all her belongings, then headed out the common room.
