Eeeeeppp yay for posting on a weekly basis again! I'm so proud of myself and my terrible Uni timetable!

Hehe thanks for your comments Rachel and Eviee! *snugs you both*

POSTIE!

First thing first, that blasted ringing noise had to be stopped, it was already doing her head in, and it would only have been worse in canine form. Directing her wand at nothing in particular, she gave it a wave whilst muttering "Finite."
With luck, it had worked. Of course she had expected something a little more challenging from a two faced death eater... but not everybody could be perfect.
Not hesitating a moment longer, Ellouise, wand in mouth, approached Karkaroffs unconscious body. "Thanks bud," she hissed as she bent down and removed a few strands of matted greasy hair. Didn't he ever wash?!

Weaving her slender arms beneath Karkaroffs, Ellouise attempted to drag his limp form to the shelter of the house. Only, she wasn't very successful. She continued to heave the body along the ground, determination etched in her brows. It had suddenly occured to her though, that she was a witch, so there was no need for the heavy lifting.
"Mobilicorpus," she recited, guiding Karkaroffs body through nthe air with only her wand. Much easier, much more efficient. Once inside she bound him to a chair and hurried up the flight of stairs to where she hoped to find a bedroom... and clothes.

Having reached the landing on the second floor, Ellouise peered down the corridor. All the doors were closed except for the one at the very end. A low light filtered out illuminating the dust particles dancing on the air. She wasn't sure what made her do it, but Ellouise found herself tiptoeing toward the room, her back flat against the wall, and wand in hand extended in front of ... kjust in case she had to blast something to pieces. It could happen. There was no sound coming from the room, and the small light flickered gently like a candle in a light breeze. Gritting her teeth, Ellouise pushed the door open with the tip of her wand, her eyes searching each corner and every shadow before entering.

Sure enough it was a bedroom, dusty, disorganised and musty. There was nothing really defining about the space, nothing that really spoke to her about the kind of man Karkaroff was. Moreso it simply told her that he was... lonely. Alone in the world. Perhaps that was his motivation in the war? To seek revenge on those that were happy, on those that had families. Like her family. Advancing toward the wardbrobe, Ellouise pulled it open and without looking properly, selected one of the mans black robes with plain silver buttons. She held it up to her nose briefly before throwing it down on the bed and taking off her own clothes. Goosebumps rose on her skin, her heart was steadily increasing it's pace. This is it, she thought as she pulled on the loose fitting mens clothing.

Trying not to trip on the too-long hems, her belongings in one hand and her wand in the other, she trotted downstairs. She was almost ready.Going into the kitchen, Ellouise took two glasses from the cupboard. Glass clinking against glass, she placed them down on the counter next to each other, and moved to retvieve a small flask from her other pockets. Carefully she poured the contents evenly into the glasses. The goopy, sluggish, greenish-brown substance wreaked of old gym socks. Nose scrunched up in protest, Ellouise took the hair she had pulled from Karkaroffs greasy head and dropped it into one of the glasses. It frothed and bubbled, hissing at her as it changed to a murky maroon colour. "Gross."
Next, she pulled a couple of strands of her own hair out and dropped it into the other glass, it too reacted in the same way as the other, but turned a strange shade of yellow.

And that's all for now. More next week!
