~History~
He hides. That's what Finn Farrell does. He has no knowledge of his family, who they were, where they came from, were they still alive. He was found on the outskirts of the District. He was left in care with the Unwanted Children's House, which was a dilapidated building run by cranky, and often cruel women. When he was twelve, he ran away, and the peacekeepers last saw him running in to the forest.
They didn't catch him, though they chased him for a few days. In fact, no one caught, or saw him.
He would turn up each year for the reaping, and would often be chased afterwards, but again to no avail. He would seem to disappear, for three hundred and sixty four days.
He never expected to be reaped himself.
