Knowing that this number reveals one's inner subconscious response to life, how do you think their family name number fit in with the way their life led?"

ooc: you may use your house founder's name. A name in history. I don't want you using a name from Harry Potter's generation though, if you can help it. Try and think back farther if possible =).

Next, you add those numbers together and reduce the sum to a single-digit number. The only exception to this is if your results are a Master Number - 11, 22, or 33.
