19. Wand

Reid watched on in amusement as Serenity waved the long twig and muttered nonsense words. She’d seen Sienna doing the same just that morning and it seemed she now wanted to be just like mummy. Only Sienna had a real wand while Serenity had picked up a random twig.

What made it cuter was that she’d been telling everyone who was at the party that mummy and daddy had magic and waved sticks too. Of course the adults, all muggles, thought she was adorable and that she had an amazing imagination for one so young. Reid just smiled and agreed.
