“Hush now, you need your rest!” Kurumi said as she tucked Selina into her bed tightly enough that the poor girl could hardly move. “Now, you have a sore throat, so I am going to go get some spring onion from the kitchens.” She placed the palm of her hand on Selina’s brow. “And you have a fever, so you need a pickled plum.”
Selina gawked at Kurumi. “Kurumi, I don’t want to eat anything…”
“Who said anything about eating?” Kurumi asked. “The onion ties around your neck and the plum goes on top of your head. It’s traditional medicine!”
