"MUUUUUUUUUUM!" Amy shouted up the hall out to the terrace, her mother poked her head around the corner, a glare boring down the hall

"Amelia, I said don’t disturb me, I have to get this case done!"

"Yeah but"

"NO BUTS"

"Muuuuuuum", she whined

"What!" Her mother snapped, stone ladening her voice as she glared

"I think dad’s stolen something of mine"

"Like what?" Her mother said, raising an eyebrow

"ERIN!" Her father shouted for her mother

"WHAT?!" Her mother shouted

"Have you seen my socks?" Her father asked, walking out of his room with one sock

"GODS SAKE!" Her mum shouted, slamming the door shut on both of their whining
