”Don’t be such a baby, just take off your shoes.” Emma giggled.

Alex was determined he shook his head vigorously. “Why did you bring me shopping? I don’t like it. And I don’t need new shoes.”

“Everybody needs new shoes. Now chop-chop.”

Crossing his legs on the floor he grabbed his feet and clutched them. No way was he taking off his shoes. Emma being Emma, she didn’t take no for an answer. Easily enough she tackled him to the ground and triumphantly put one of his shoes up in the air. Desperately he tried to hide his Oompa-Loompa socks.
