4. Ancient Runes

Book = Pillow, right?

Alex leaned closer to the book he held in his hands. Why didn’t he understand a word of what it said? He groaned and just let his head drop to rest on the book.

“It’s not a pillow, Alexbear.” Emma giggled and poked his head softly.

He sighed and looked up at her devastated. “I don’t get Ancient Runes. The best use this book for me is to have it as a pillow.” He nodded.

Emma bit her lip and pointed towards the book he held in his lap. “Perhaps it would be easier if you weren’t reading it upside-down?”
